3 Chapter Three

Pinanuod niya ang CCTV footage na nakuha ni Priam. After the murder, it took fifteen minutes when someone approached the dead body. She saw how the person parted the two legs of the woman and did something. She bet it was when the private part of the woman was slitted. The person with a cap and a jacket stood up. Knowing that there's a camera, the person looked and waved as if knowing already that she will see this.

Inis na ibinagsak niya ang dalawang kamay sa lamesa. She doesn't know why she's feeling again that unexplainable feeling she had way back then.

"You want to play, huh? I'll accept it," she said. A playful smile sneaked on her lips.

Her phone beep many times. There's a message from the investigation team. It said that the case was already solved. The woman was murdered by her husband because of cheating behind him.

Sana ganiyan din ninyo kabilis naasikaso ang nangyari noon.

Pagkauwi niya sa bahay ay wala siyang nadatnan na Moni sa sala. Nakagawian na nito na roon palagi tumambay kapag wala siya. Kaya nagtataka siya kung bakit wala ito ngayon doon.

"Moni? Where are you? Come here. May pasalubong ako!" Tawag niya. But she got no answer.

"Moni! Moni!" Pinuntahan niya ang kusina para tingnan kung nandoon ito pero wala rin.

Nagtatakbo siya sa kuwarto nito pero wala iba ang nadatnan niya. Marahan niyang inilibot ang tingin sa kabuuan ng silid. The smell of blood lingers on her nose. May mga nagsabit na patay na pusa sa kisame.
