With The insane Rocks finally dead new pirates rose to prominence. Roger, WhiteBeard, Shiki, Redfield, World and others. The Navy not to be outdone fought back with the Leader Kong, Hero Garp, Admiral Sengoku along with the 4 talents of the navy. Dragon, Sakazuki, Kuzan and Borsalino. In addition to this Ryu finally knew why not many pirates came or why previous merchants stopped coming.

Its because of the Heavenly tribute turning Atlantis into a poor kingdom with nothing really to sell. For some reason Mulberry couldn't survive or be planted out of the atmosphere of Atlantis. And luckily the Vicuna only ate Mulberry in this world so it gave them an advantage in sales in the future.

Another major reason is due to the fact that Atlantis is really close to Elbaf. Ryu was especially happy to be close to Elbaf. Adam's wood comes from Elbaf along with the rich history of Elbaf they are bound to have a lot of information. Information that Atlantis needs.

Things like Ship building, weather, other islands, forging and other things. Ryu wanted to encompass alot of things into Atlantis. Fabric and Metal would be the leading production and hopefully so would Seastone. Grabbing these three products along with sea salt and water would cause Athens Income to boom.

This would also cause problems. WG like problems and if he can establish a relationship with the Giants and maybe become allies. Then the World Government wouldn't bother unless the operation became too big. Atleast for a while. And thankfully today is the day where our merchants set off for Elbaf.

Ryu was happy to do business with the Giants. They're a proud race that would disdain cheating or even lowballing people. And he needed just that sort of first transaction type of individual. Standing at the port Ryu who was only a little taller along with Sara, Sven, Grey, Alex, Laxus and Loki stood.

Behind them a large group of citizens stood and watched. On the side Oscar looked on with smiles. After all his Metal would be the main product of this trade.

They all boarded the ship that was painted dark gold to match both the new Flag of Atlantis aswell as the soldier's new armor. The armor was the same as the woodland realms elves which now included a sword, spear, bow, arrows and shield. The sheilds are square shaped that are able to latch on and off each other easily.

They also have indents at the edges of each corner to allow a spear through it once they go into formation. On the front of the shield is the new symbol of Atlantis. The Evenstar Necklace with the Symbols of peace and prosperity on either side. The ships flags also have this symbol. This symbol will become something to be feared in the future.

Slowly the ship sailed away as everyone watched in silence as the convoy slowly disappeared. Ryus confidence in this expedition came from his sealing improvement. Not only did he make the summoning scroll for such things.

He also made an alert seal. So long as one had the talisman and ripped it a plate would crack. This acted as a distress signal for help. It would be something in the line of the Vivre Card but better as it has his Flying Thunder God stamp. Sadly he didn't have the strength to fly across half an island let alone Island to island.

So this is where the summoning scroll comes into play. In addition to these he made several defensive formations along the lines of the Great Wall that surrounds Atlantis. We seem to become immune to the effects of the sea after eating it. Of course it only lasts for around 5 hours. He won't let this be known until he's powerful as this could change the lives of a lot of people. Aside from that the wall around the entire island is being built with Fortress towers.

With the expansion of the army aswell as weapons although things will be stretched thin for a while Ryu has the confidence to atleast keep most people in check. Besides with the flying Thunder God and his various seals he wasn't afraid of anyone. Besides according to Leah he and the Sages would all enter the Vice Admiral level in another five years if we stayed inside the Tower for 6 hours a day.

Right now we are only limited to body size and age to have really intense training or learn Haki. The Tower gave us the perfect training environment tailored to our fighting styles. Alex was a sniper so he needed enhanced eyesight aswell as great mental and body reaction. The tower would tailor him a plan around those things. While ensuring his weaknesses are also trained.

Laxus focused more on superior strength and weakness was speed. The tower ensured a plan to help with that. His own was to be Invincible, Unmovable and unshakable like a mountain. The tower was also gearing us up for Observation Haki by putting us in situations where we needed to be calm.

Ryu had to marvel that this tower was much better than he thought it would be. According to the rankings he was currently at Level 35. Peak of the Lieutenant Junior Grade and on the cusp of breaking into level 36. Which is the beginning of Lieutenant. Of course this only measures body strength not Devil Fruit.

The Rankings of the tower are like this, 1-10: Seaman first class- Petty Officer, 11-20:Chief Petty Officer-Master Chief Petty Officer, 21-30: Warrant Officer-ensign, 31-40: Lieutenant Junior Grade-Lieutenant, 41-50:Lieutenant Commander-Captain, 51-60: Commodore-Rear Admirals, 61-70:Vice Admiral-Flying Six, 71-80: Commanders/Admiral Alternate, 81-90: Admiral-Four Emperors, 91-100: Pirate King-World Piercer.

Each level wasn't as simple as one may assume. It was like those cultivation novels that once you passed one level you would have a higher form a strength. Even if it was one level of difference. There was also a realm difference between levels. Like BigMom completely decimating Queen is a realm gap.

Kenny: Alright you kids we'll return home once we finish our purpose in Elbaf. I've never seen Giants before but according to what his Majesty learned from pirates they're huge man and woman with tremendous strength. We must also watch out for Pirates so Soldiers man your stations.

Soldiers: Yes Sir.

Kenny was the leader of this expedition and he was the one to give them orders. This ship isnt as large as a marine battleship but it's big enough o hold six thousand people. Out of which 5,000 are Soldiers. This 5,000 was once the limit the Kingdom could even recruit.

Now it was sent on an expedition to another country. In addition to that there are a hundred chefs and cleaners each. A group of 20 individuals working together to make sure they remain on track. Aswell as the three Merchants Kenny, Rachel and Ryan.

There are 3 Ballistas on both front and back. With four on either sides. With over 300 Arrow Cannons on board. Most of them are below deck in the weapons station that is manned by 1,000 soldiers to make things quick and deadly.
