7 Inside the Facility 7

One thing she was sure about the creatures with her, they are obedient and loyal to their leader. Most of the time she was helping in the daily activities like preparing food, collecting crops and washing their clothes. They treat the place like a normal habitat, as if they are contented with the living they have.

But on Mandy's mind, she wants to scape the place. Everytime she had a chance, she would investigate secretly about the place.

Climbing up a tree, so she could scan again the area. She made sure she would be careful not to be noticed. She saw the place where she came out, which is close. She slid down and went there.

In her front was the metal door where she came out. She examined the whole door but she never saw anything that would help her open it. She also looked around it, to find some leverage to open it but she also failed.

A sound of snapping leaves and twigs which made her turned around which only gave her a shock when she recognized who just arrive.

"It's a futile to continue that, you will never find a way out here" she heard a voice behind her. She slowly faced the owner of it, no other than the leader of the camp. He smirked as he saw Mandy's reaction.

What is he saying? There's no way out here? Why does he know about this? Too many questions Mandy wants to be answered, but its too risky if she would say that out loud.

"I've watching you, I know what you really planning but I should say, you should give up. There's no way out here"

"How could you say that?" she did it, how could she even say that? There's no way he would tell the truth for her. But to her surprise he opened his mouth to reply.

"I've already done that. In my days and nights being here, all I've done is searching. Finding a way out" he also want to say, he wants to revenge whoever made them like that. He already recovered most of his memory, which made him wary of their situation.

Mandy was not sure if she could trust him, but she has no other option, she need to know more about the place. She noticed him walking towards the door and touch it.

"I also came out here, before it happened they already butcher my body and I end up like this. Never thought I would survive" she saw the sadness in his voice, which faintly shows anger as he clenched his teeth.

Mandy could relate from him, they were all a human experiments which took their human rights to live normally. But they were no longer human being.

"Does you really have to give up? Maybe there's still a chance we'll be getting out here" Mandy bravely said. She was positive they will be free if they would try to.

"I really like your courage and determination. Well if that's the case, I Aaron Field, will help as long as I could for Mandy Frost" He promised to her. It was also beneficial for him if they would succeed in getting out the place. He also saw a potential in this girl she was facing.

As a sign of their mutual plan, they held each hand and shake as a sign of approval. There might be a big chance for them to get out, if there are many ideas to share. From that day on, Mandy became closer to the other creatures.
