"Let's rule the world together ####" One of the last memories Ai has of his childhood is a promise to a mysterious girl. A promise he struggles to fulfill under the title of a street rat, a role forced onto him by his parents deaths and his fleeting psychic abilities. He spends his days under the cruel gaze of a bathhouse owned by a pig and the disability given to him at birth. Still his heart yearns to complete the girl's seemingly dying wish. Wounded by the loss of his life before and the girl's company, the boy swears to strengthen his own abilities to complete their dream.
