16 The Deal

The billionaire squad rushed back to Olivia's apartment.

Christano's driver was carrying one unconscious bodyguard, and other bodyguard was clutching his head from Olivia's attack.

Christano looked wide eyed at all the members of the Billionaire squad.

He obviously didn't want himself beaten to death, Romano had already done a number on his face.

Upon that his bodyguards were at this moment indisposable to fight.

It would be an unfair fight, disadvantage on his side.

Romano looked as thunderous as ever, the rest were just intimidating.

"You should get out of here, as well as from her life." Romano's dark eyes were sharply penetrating Christano's eyes, giving him the edge of intimidation.

Christano let out a sigh, "You are really one to talk about. As I said, let Olivia decide who she wants."

"You.."

"Wait, Romano...." Orlando pulled him back.

"If Olivia chooses Romano, you will get out of the picture. Deal?" Lucas was the sharpest businessmen, he was also involved in gambling. Making deals was his secondary nature.

And he always won.

"Deal. But if she chooses me, get it straight Romano you will back off... or else.."

"Or else what?" Romano challenged him.

Christano smirked at his overconfidence, "I will tell her about the 'Bet' you guys made...long back."

Dread filled them all, this was going south now.

"What bet are you talking about?" Deandre asked, his mind, body and soul was already drained, and now this past memory of bet..

"Seriously? You think I'm a fool?" Christano raised his eyebrows.

"Don't outsmart us." Watson said curtly.

"Oh believe me I am not.

I would have said Olivia about it seven years back, but I didn't because she was already head over heels for you Romano. And so were Crystal, Samantha, Rain and Susan in love with you bastards.

I would have never done it purposely, at one point I also thought that you guys loved them. But guess I was wrong, my one mistake of not telling her and the girls the truth about the 'Bet' lead to this miserable day..." Christano said lashing out his anger.

For so long, he had supressed his feelings for Olivia, but now he would not back down and especially to the Playboy Romano.

"You will not dare do that..." Romano's fury was burning with intensity. Christano was very smart, if he let it slip now, everything will get ruined again. They didn't want the girls to know about the Bet.

"Well, I will because you have no heart as Olivia said. Like seriously Romano, you are a Playboy. Did you really change your ways in the last seven years when she wasn't there? You still fucked around with every woman you saw. And now you come barging into her life, as if you own her." Christano scoffed.

It was true. But the truth coming out of his rival's mouth was more painful. He could not response to that. He wanted to punch that big mouth of his, but it wasn't his place now.

Infact he felt like he should be receiving the punches for hurting Olivia in such a way.

Getting no response Christano continued, "Infact all of you here don't deserve the girls. You had linkups back then, when you were in relationship. That's utter disgusting... because the girls don't deserve that and you know it very well.... " with that he brushed past them and left in his car.

The boys were tongue tied. Christano was never one to speak so much. And whatever he spoke today, was all truth. In all seriousness he genuinely cared about Olivia and the girls.

He was the first guy friend of the girls in the college. The girls were all very comfortable with Christano. He was good in studies, kind and humble.

What they didn't know was that Christano had an intense dislike for the Billionaire's squad. They had ragged him during his childhood.

Christano also belongs to a rich family, like the billionaire squad boys. They went to same school and same college.

At first Christano was very shy to admit his crush for Olivia. He used to write letters to express his feelings but he never got the guts to post them. One of the letters got in hand of Romano. He read it out aloud in the boys locker room and made fun of him. He even challenged to get Olivia as his girlfriend and then dump her on the graduation eve.

The other billionaire squad boys also agreed the challenge to purse Olivia's girl gang.

That was 'The Bet' they made.

What they didn't know was, the Bet came true in the end. They did dump the girls.... but it was never their intention.

They had fallen helplessly in love with the girls. They were Playboys, but after the positive influence of the girls.. they didn't sleep around.

But what they didn't notice was that, someone apart from them also knew about the bet...

Olivia broke four signals, narrowly espaced an accident. Managed to hit the brake as a cat crossed the path.

Her hands were gripping the steering wheel tightly.

Her heart beats were in a frenzy.

Her emotions were scattered.

Pain. Sadness. Hate. Anger. Revenge and Romano.

The thought of Romano made her more angry, she pressed the accelerator and her wheels gained the wings again.

She was soaring.. on the road...

All the cars passing by stopped to see the orange Lamborghini speeding off...

Many even clicked pictures and took videos in their mobile phones.

It was a rare and a maddening sight to watch for the pedestrians as well as for the car lovers.
