1 Chapter 1-The light that transported me to this world

My name is Haruhiro Sato. I am Highschooler, 17 years old and i didnt think that this would happen.

"Hey wake up you need to take a shower and eat and after that go to school!" Said my grandmother "yeah yeah ill go just a couple minutes more" then i went back to sleep for a minute "My grandmother spanked her spatulla at my head while im sleeping" ,"Ow! Okay ill wake up now that hurts grandma!".

I went down and took a shower, i saw the time and i knew that i was late so i runned for it and didnt eat my breakfast. "Grandma i gotta go im super late!" , "Thats what you get for oversleeping well be careful out there Haruhiro!", "Thanks grandma see you later!". I runned at the station and went to school. "Haruhiro your late!" Said my teacher. "Sorry sensei i know im late my bad i overslept" , " Okay okay just sit down and pass your assignment later okay?", " Yes Sensei im sorry again". I realized that i forgot my assignment and my sit mate asked me if i have a problem. "Yeah i overslept and i forgot my homework", "Haha no worries ill let you copy mine if you keep it a secret",

"You serious?", "Yeah keep it down will you"

"Thanks then!", "No problem". Asahi Ito-san is really nice, a beauty and really smart, although shes way out of my league.

After the class my friend asked me, "I knew you overslept and forgot your homework, how did you do it in a short time!? I did it for 30-40 minutes!", He keeps asking me questions and i saw Asahi-san laughing at us.

Touma Takanashi a friend of mine since junior highschool. We went for the cafeteria and ate our usual. After that i went to the library to play the game that i was playing and addicted too. Cross Road's the title of a mmorpg that you can choose the race that you want to be and its really addictive. Theres a corner at the library that no one goes that much so im staying here until my free times over. I was playing like usual and then the phone flashed and the screen was really blinding so i covered my eyes and after the light was gone it was really windy. Its so weird that it was suddenly windy and i opened my eyes, i was shocked i opened my eyes into a another world. "Where the hell am i!?". I was looking around and i saw a dragon soar the sky. "WHAT THE HELL!?". I was under a tree that seems to be a sakura tree and i went around and it seems there was no one. I thought that i was dreaming and slept on the library. "I must be dreaming, ill go venture out and explore!". I went and explored. I saw a Bull that was really big and it chased me around.I runned fast as i can and the bull chased me."HEEELP MEEEE!". Luckily someone helped me the bull was slain and the woman who slayed the bull was strong." Are you okay!?" She said. Her face was really familliar. "Yes im okay thanks for saving my life". "Yeah sure no problem you should go ahead and theres a town there you would be safe there". The woman said, I went ahead and there was really a town. I went around and asked this merchant. "Excuse me sir where am i?" , "First time here boy? Your in the town of begginings!". "Town of beginngs?", "Boy you seemed to be lost you should go ahead and go to the Tavern". I went around and look for this tavern. I saw the place crowded with people with weapons,fully armored and drinking liquor. "Is this really a dream?". I went to the front and asked what this world about. "You seem to be new here well let me explain, im only the manager of this Tavern so im gonna explain what happened to this world. This world was created by five goddesses that created this world. The world prospered and until the world was destroyed by Estraross the Demon King. The demon king was really powerfull and he gets his power through the negative forces of the world. The five goddesses sacrifice their selves and the demon king was vanquished". Hmm so thats what it is, it seemed that this world is came out from fiction or from cross road. "Hey you!", Said the woman that saved my life she went and asked me "Are you applying to become a adventurer or what?", what an adventurer? this dreams really cool i get to be an adventurer! I was really excited "What an adventurer!?", "Yeah like me so you can defend yourself from the monsters" , I went and asked the manager how to apply as an adventurer. "You can be an adventurer if you can pay me 3 silvers that is the application fee, if you apply you will have this begginers badge and free 5 potions". The problem is i dont have any money on me right now so i asked the woman to lend me some money.

"What you want me to lend you some so you can apply?" , "Yeah sorry i dont have any money right now", "Seriously where did you come from you dont even have a copper, okay here 3 silvers make sure to pay me okay?", "Yeah sure i promise ill pay you back". I went and gave the money to the manager "Here the begginers badge the five potions, you are now an adventurer congratulations!", I asked the name of the woman who lent me some money, "Thanks again for lending me some money, By the way im Haruhiro Sato whats your name?" , "No problem just keep your promise okay? Im Ichicka Ren", Ren huh and i also asked the managers name. "Just call me Hibari-san okay?", "Okay Hibari-san!" I asked her how can i start earning some money, "Hibari- san how can i start saving some money?", "You can go and search for quest here in the bulletin board, i recommend the easy quests first and you can level up there", You can level up? Woah.

"Well, Haruhiro-kun see you around!" Ren-san went ahead to do a quest.

I searched the bulletin board for some easy quest. I found a quest that seems easy "Kill 5 cows" it said cows? Hmm this seems easy ill go and check my equipment and go try this quest. I went around and saw a blacksmith. I asked him if i know what weapon i would like to try. The choices was a sword seems to be standard weapon choice for begginers. A bow, axe, mace ,staff, rapier. The blacksmith said that i should go and touch the crystal like ball. I saw this stats that showed Dexterity, Strenght, Intellegence, Vitality. I knew what it each one meant. I have 5 status points and i saw im currently level 5. I chose to add 1 point in Vitality, 1 point in Strenght and 3 points in Dexterity and i saw my level jumped from 5 to 10. I chose the Sword as my starting weapon as it is a standard weapon for begginers. I went and started my first quest.

"I saw the bulls that was chasing me this morning not cows and it seems that the easy quest i accepted was to slay this five bulls". I understand now that this quest was not an easy quest. I started to sneak around the back of the Bull so i went and stabbed it really hard and it was slayed, all the bulls were startled. They were really angry that i stabbed one of them. They chased me around and i ranned faster more than before. I was shocked that i can run like this and i thought i could slay this bulls. I charge infront of them and jump just before i got stampeded. I was the back again and stabbed one of them like before. I slayed two of them. I used the same method over and over again until i slayed all of them. It wasnt easy at all although i i have completed the quest somehow. I went to the tavern and asked Hibari-san. "What are my rewards?". " Here you go 10 silver coins and 6 status points". I went to the blacksmith again and got my weapon repaired. I also upgraded my status. I added 3 status points on dexterity, Two on Vitality and 1 strenght. After i got my weapons repaired and upgraded my status i went to the tavern and asked if they have some room open Hibari-san said that they have rooms open so i said that i want to rest here for the night i payed 40 coppers on the room and 60 coppers for the food. The food was really delicious and i realized that this is a really long dream. I went to the room i rented and went to sleep. "Hey wake up Haruhiro-kun! Its time for our class!" I woke up and saw Asahi-san. She said that she saw me sleeping there on the library and went to wake me up. "Ahh thanks alot Asahi-san i went to play but i ended up sleeping", "You really like sleeping huh Haruhiro-Kun".
