19 Second part of the festival.

So midnight announced the Calvary battle and the points system which led everyone to look at bakugo. Can't wait to take him down a peg as I already have a strategy here. I walked around looking to see if any would be my teammates.

I had an idea that might earn me an ally so I walked towards the guy with purple hair who barely made it here. "Hey shinso right? Wanna team up with me?" He looked at me warily. "Why would I want to do that?" He said mockingly. I replied "I know your quirk is brainwashing through speech yet still speak with you, I think you'd make a decent hero if you shaped up a little and I can ensure your spot into the next stage". He raised an eyebrow at that. He asked me how he plans to win.

I explained my plan to which he agreed to. We went to get our next member whose name was ibara. She has a plant type quirk that would work perfectly with my strategy. After speaking with her and saying I don't care for which class people are in only that we can achieve greatness she agreed much to the dismay off the other 1-B students. This was all I need to win, the only issue would be whether shinso can pull of his role.

I squared down and let shinso on my shoulders and ibara grossed him from behind and tightened him to us with her hair. As everyone got into their teams we casually made our way to the centre while I spread out my sables tranquille covertly. As we stood in the centre of the stage to get ready I began to lower my hand to the ground.

The buzzer sounded so I shouted loudly to draw attention from the competition as I placed my hand in the ground. "DESERT GIRASOLE!!!" As I made the ground around me turn into a pit with quicksand drawing people downwards and towards me. Everyone struggled to keep their riders above ground so they don't fail. Ibara sprung into action having her vines travel through the ground unimpeded by its conditions as she grabbed their head bands and pulled them towards shinso while he wrapped them in himself inwards so no one could tell who had what.

The crowd cheered when our plan worked but some people tried to resist. A tongue came out of nowhere towards shinso so I grabbed it and desert encierro to drain the moisture from the tongue. I knew it was tsu so she'll have to set tongue for a while to recover. Next ice came flying from the ground so I used ground secco destroying it and sending people further into the sand.

Next we heard and angry shout from bakugo who came flying who blasted towards us. This was were shinso came into play. "Hey hot head". "WHAT U CALL ME BASTARrrrr..." was what I heard as he was hypnotised. Ibara wrapped him in the air and send him to the ground but sero rapped him in his tape and pulled him to safety as he snapped out of it and got angrier. Monoma then came and teased him which made him change targets.

I purposely left bakugo alone so this would happen. Monoma won't come near us cause ibara is here and is showing the might of 1-B meaning he won't interfere. The next problem was actually easy to take care off. Deku.

He shouted to Mei to get her babies ready, I knew about the jet pack so I let my sand flow into it. I raised my hand towards them while they were lifting up and clutched my hand. " desert clutch". I got the idea of this move from nico robins clutch which could appear anywhere and break her targets. So I used my sand to destroy the wiring of the equipment sending dekus group off course towards todoroki. They were safe because of uraraka saving them by making them weightless and dark shadow pulling them down towards the ground safely.

Some other teams rushed us but with my attacks, ibaras grabs and shinsos brainwashing we could handle most of them. Two minutes later the buzzer sounded with the results being the same as canon with the difference being my team at the top. Shinso and ibara were ecstatic. So once they lowered to the ground I grabbed their arms and raised them upwards sending the ground into an uproar. The other two were jubilated and I stood their with my trademark grin plastered on my face. I could hear the heroes positive praise for each of us so I related that to my teammates. Shinso was delighted to know he had a better chance to get into the course now

Midnight congratulated those who passed and said the next event being a tournament which I was happy until I drew my opponent. I took aoyamas place in canon meaning I had to fight Mina. She looked at me grinning, god I might end up on the couch after today.
