6 Sand devil

Beep beep beep beep was what wrung through my head as I woke up. Christ who made these things so annoying. Should keep them away from the patients. I'm in a hospitable and my right arm is bandaged for whatever reasons. I turned to my left arm and without any effort turned it to sand and back.

I was delighted at first until I remembered mikita. I'll really miss that dog. I tried to use my haki again only to discover I couldn't use armament and conquerors. Only observation at a weaker state which led me to believe that combat was the best state to activate them however I remember the training method for the first two and conqueror haki can only be trained by tempering your will. I went to get of the bed when the door slid open and a nurse came in. Took one look at me and ran towards the doctor in-charge of me. He came and asked my condition I told him my arm hurts. He said that the muscles took heavy damage skin to a weight lifters workout. Looks like armament needs a certain level of toughness to use. I asked about my parents and my mom only had a concussion.

The doctor led me to them and they rushed at me to hug me. For some reason as soon as they touched me all the grief I bottled up just flowed out as tears. They consoled me and told me that they were proud of me however I was extremely wreck less for attacking villains. I feigned a child's ignorance to avoid the issue. Then I was bombarded with questions about my quirk until a man in a black suit approached us.

"Hello my name is agent kyu, I work for the government division responsible for quirk awakening and management." He then showed his credentials to prove his identity which I appreciated as anyone can just present themselves in this world. He turned to me and asked if he could speak to my family alone. I left the room and heard an out burst from my mom. "What do you mean it was uploaded!" "I'm sorry mam but the civilians and security caught what happened and how your son fought. Fortunately he awakened so this mitigates most issues due to child safety and awakening legislation however the way he moved showed combat training so I'll need to speak to your son and ask him about his quirk". Then after a few minutes agent kyu invited me into the room

"So son, I'm sure you have had a rough day. I'm sorry about your pet however it could have been much worse. It was impressive that you were able to fight them like that. Would you mind telling me what you can do?" I pondered for abit " well mister after my dog was hurt I felt angry and then my quirk started. I could turn to sand, manipulate it and absorb liquids. It was like the information just popped into my head". He looked surprised. "Any liquid can be absorbed huh? How were you able to tell when they were coming". I said " the sand I let out told me. It vibrated when they pushed against it. The sand in the air and the sand at their feet". I had to lie about haki as I don't want them to know that I can handle those who turn intangible. " how about that black growth you used. And you were speaking in another language".

I quickly said " I don't know about that black stuff but it hurt my arms after. I tried doing it again but can't. And the languages are just words I picked up from the computer that sound cool. I guessed I might end up with a quirk like this" " oh and how did you figure that out" he asked leaning forward intrigued. "Well my mom can moisture in her hands and clean people and my dad can turn to mud. Moisture plus mud equals mud but moisture minus mud equals dirt or sand. My dad has mud man as a quirk so I though I might be like that too". His eyes showed that he was impressed by my deduction.

" good thinking kid. So how come you moved the way you did, why did you fight the ones you did" "uh I mean I beat the nearest one. Then I used the second one as a scare tactic to get the others to back off. Used the third as a distraction to get the fourth and was gonna finish the last one but got distracted". Now he was shocked, he's looking at me like a soldier looks at captain America. " your a natural born combatant. Any interest in becoming a hero?" " why do you ask" " because you became famous kid. Videos about you fighting went up and are debating about how you'll end up in the future." I actually pondered for a moment as I was planning to become a hero to earn cash and market my parents business. I could use this opportunity to accomplish that goal. " I'd love to be a hero but not like all might. All the other kids talk about him." He raised an eyebrow at that "why not like all might." " I want to protect my friends and family by earning money. That way they can improve their lives to protect themselves. Plus being a hero like all might means I'll never get a girl friend" he burst out laughing as I said that. Looks like he knows him personally. " smart kid. Very smart. What's your name". I replied with pride. "Musashi sabaku". He looks at me with respect.

"Well sabaku san, what would you like your quirk to be called?" I though this up years ago. "Sand devil. Because anyone who messes with my family will have to dance with the devil" I said trying to act cooly. He chuckled. "All right kid I'll see you around" he said as he exited the door

Sand devil huh, kyu thought to himself. That kids going places. I should call toshinori cause that kids a riot.
