Weird annoucement

Raul came back in his room as he was going into the washroom to take a shower, suddenly something passes him with inhuman speed, and when he noticed that open door of the bathroom getting suddenly shut just in front of his eyes. He sighed.

He decided to just go and rest for a while it would be pointless to say anything to him, but then he decided to take a walk to clear his head first.

He took his jacket and put it on, but then. He heard some announcement, their were speakers put in every room and corridors.

*COUGH*COUGH*

"Hello, students. I am your lovely teacher hope you remember"

Velver came out from the bathroom and looked at Raul, Raul just shrugged his shoulder.

"Let me tell you some rules, as you are staying with each other without killing. I am sure you will try to make a fuss"

"Rule No.1 If you want to fight each other do that in battlefields. If anyone fight with each other around the campus then you will be dead for sure.

"Rule No.2 You can fight with each other, setting a hierarchy isn't a bad thing but killing someone wouldn't be count. So just go and beat each other into the pulp but stay alive.

Rule No.3 You can't change rooms or your roommates. And no student would be allowed to roam outside the campus after past 10.

"Rule No.4 Don't dare to touch any human, that wouldn't make anything less than a bully"

"Good night~"

"What the hell was that?" Velver said

Raul didn't react and just check the time, it was just 9. He still has one hour so he went outside.

Velver growl seeing him acting all arrogant.

While walking around he notices there were some witch guards all over the place, they were really putting some efforts.

But then suddenly someone tapped on his shoulder, he got startled seeing Mrs.Emma standing behind him.

"So, did you like the campus?" She asked with a smile

He just nods.

"I have worked my ass off for all this," She said as she starts walking

He just quietly followed her.

"After the brutal war between vampires and werewolves that happened years ago, the human world got shattered into pieces, no technology, no force, nothing helped them from saving their life. After the war no matter if it was a rich or poor they all were terrorized and were living in fear. That's when I created country X. The boundaries are bounded with a powerful old witch spell which no werewolf and vampire can cross without my permission. And here humans can continue living peacefully"

"Then why bothering to gather them here?" He asked her unconsciously, but then soon shut his mouth.

She smiled "You can't run away from your problem"

"And I want them to stop living in fear" She added

He just nodded.

"You should go in now," She said

He just nods and walked towards the dorms but when he turned she got already vanished in thin air.
