Chapter 35 - Orc Conclusion

The birth of Mystic oni made the ogre eager to show their servitude to Erix as they only knew about Kijin and never knew about Mystic Kijin/Oni. The power they imminent couldn't be simply called as power becoming a Semi-Spiritual being who have higher dimensional existence than normal mortals.

They are nearly immortal and unkillable with few exceptions where they gain Unique skill that allows them to display even more power. Erix Constantly plundering their skill and close to creating a new powerful Ultimate Skill. He lacked the necessary energy to continue but there were still more orcs to farm.

He was not that surprised when Shion acquired [ Cook ] skill and immediately plunder it, gaining an ability to change the law of acausality changing the "cause" and "effect" of virtually anything. Erix can make air which is the cause and have an effect of killing someone.

Erix virtually warps reality to his desired outcome and this pleases him. Normally it takes some time to perfectly copy something but Erix had the Eyes of the Lord allowing to replicate and perfect them without prior training. He witnessed Hakurou grow younger and Shuna bigger while her mother had the air of an elegant goddess looking at Erix like a treat. He named her Yuina since he's not one who is best at naming things.

She acquired a unique skill similar to her daughter and the two couldn't be happier while Erix gave them their first command.

"Benimaru, Shion, Hakurou and Souei. You four shall find and kill this person as he is responsible for all of this. Afterwards, kill as much of the orc as possible until I tell you to stop."

"It will be done, lord Erix!" They didn't even hesitate nor question him and immediately left wanting to repay what he had done to them while he turned and saw Yuina, shuna's mother waiting for his order. She somehow reminds him of Albedo for some reason.

"Yuina, Shuna, I'll leave you two in organizing your village. I trust that all of you can fight even if most are just Kijin."

"It would be a pleasure, Lord Erix." Her seductive tone and charm enticed Erix wondering how she could someone act as if her husband didn't just betray her and die within an hour. He guesses it has to do with his Skill to entice women that he personally desires. Erix nodded before sprouting his wings and vanished from his spot into the sky observing the fight.

Erix senses that someone is still trying to watch the fight but his barrier and area of effect from using [ Dies Irae: Testament of the End ] made a large part of the battlefield into his playground where curse and debuff affected their enemies. He glanced at it and used the eyes of the lord to see through them since it bypassed space and time by using [ Lord of the Rift, Ginnungagap ] folding it, allowing him to see who was watching for a brief moment.

He saw it was Clayman watching him who had help from his collaborator. Erix grasped it and shattered it like brittle candy before manipulating Clayman to ensure that he'll send those humans into his kingdom in the future that will give more souls to reap.

Erix could feel a looming presence trying to observe that is vastly more powerful than he could find. He found that it was amalgamation of Guy and Velzard, the Seraphim mostly Feldway and Rudra with Velgrynd from afar but unable to see the situation completely.

They tried their best to hide their traces but having two [ Manas ] allowed him to analyze and find loopholes in their powers. He knows that they won't take action to eliminate something that hasn't shown them any threats and would rather concentrate on their current task giving him enough.

He couldn't contain his excitement when he caught a glimpse of their power eager to trample over their body when he was finally able to stabilize his power and hopefully fight them. It would be reckless to fight them when Arryn and Amaia keep warning him, especially how he could even fold the space to look at them in person.

Erix could feel the more his army was killing the more his power was growing as he gathered all the souls of the orc, crystallizing them to be used in summoning Daemon.

His [ Divinity ] churned from the slaughter and death that he is able to grow even further than before "Craving" to conquer everything even in death. He was growing and commanded his army to kill until he satiated ending the lives of the Orcs.

He observed from above the sky how everyone continued to demolish the entire battlefield where Ragna created whirlwinds that changed the weather from his attack alone while the orc was incarcerated and turned to shred by Kumajirou and Kurosaburou producing black flames.

Erix nodded at seeing the carnage then saw the Kijin grouped around an individual. It was Gelmud who quivered in fear when the Mystic Kijin stood on all sides.

"So you're the one our new lord wants to dispose of." Souei spoke in a stock manner while Benimaru held out his hand casting black flame and said.

"We shouldn't waste our time for a dead man. Lord Erix told us to also eliminate the orcs."

"Dammit! You think I'll be easy prey!? Then you're mistaken!!" Gelmud roared, casting a magical spell trying to escape but Shion raised her enormous sword over her head then slashed vertically and Gelmud's attack was cleaved in half while a powerful forces came in forcing Gelmud to dodge but his arm was severed causing him scream in pain.

"Oops, I was planning on cutting him in half but oh well." Shion said disappointed that she wasn't able to kill in the first try.

"You need more training. Let's end this and move on to our next opponent." Hakurou said as he vanished from his spot as Gelmud couldn't even react when his slice and dice to pieces. Erix somewhat enjoys it when they don't waste any time monologuing against their enemies and go straight to it.

He could feel the vast amount of soul collected that also included part of the soul that they had all consumed from their raid. Erix distorted the space before arriving where he stood above on the sky where Rimuru fought the Orc lord quite skillfully.

'Not bad, not bad, Her birth to becoming a demon lord would give me what I want.' He with Kanami close by forming large glacier from her ice attack having given sword to help in battle while she able to summon familiar elemental spirits to aid her that was neck hydra around the size of a Titanoboa hissing and blasting ice breath against the enemy.

Her unique skill [ Absolute Zero ] was below only Velzard Ultimate ability since it is able to freeze not just simple energy rather concept itself is included. Erix glanced from afar when Albedo in full armor was currently fighting the orc general with relative ease smashing their heads using her [ 3F ] weapon.

He watched and descended down watching as Rimuru began devouring the body of the orc lord absorbing it completely, having more power when her body was Level 100 Homunculus and had more power than her former self. Their clash vibrated the entire battlefield as everyone watched from afar where Rimuru finally finished off the Orc lord, freeing the Orc army gaining roughly half of the orc population.

Erix watched as Rimuru reformed back to normal as he began to cancel the effect of [ Dies Irae: Testament of the End ] and she looked at him wanting to say something but gave an honest smile.

"You did good. Let me handle the rest.". Rimuru nodded and didn't say anything as he looked at the orc who had regained their sanity while Treyni appeared before him giving a particular glance waiting for his next words letting him decide if they should join him or not. Erix strapped his spear letting everyone focus their attention to him and made his voice clear to every single orc as he spoke.

"Your leader had been defeated and as a sign of respect for his willingness to give his citizens to prosper would gladly take every single one of you as my citizen and would work harder than anyone to repay the sin you've committed." His charisma affected their hearts and soul instantly trapping them into lifelong servitude making them kneel showing their gratitude for giving them an opportunity to live.

Erix took the soul of the deceased and this was the best way he could repay them. He is ruthless and evil but fair when it comes to things because he dislikes debts. Treyni smiled, giving her approval of letting the Orc join them while Erix called for a meeting between Ogre and Orc to complete their migration to his kingdom.

He looked from afar and saw the sun begin to rise once more indicating a new Era had started as everyone gathered at the Ogre Village who were anxious about the Orc but their Lord assured them that there was nothing to worry as Erix let Seiji handle any injury.

The orc children and others were quickly returned back to their peak condition removing even the remaining effect of the [ Starved ]. He created a gate providing food for everyone who needed it and the Ogre village put the head of their former chief on a stake for betraying them while Erix gathered the Future Geld and Yuina for a meeting.

He discusses joining his kingdom and the Yuina doesn't have any complaints as her people didn't sustain too much from the Orc attack and understand that they were manipulated by someone else. On the other hand, Future Geld was affected by their mercy and vowed to repay his people's sins with hard labor.

"All of you, I shall bless using the essence of your fallen comrade. You shall be named Geld, and appointed as one of my 18 Demon Warlords. From day forth do not bring shame to this name and faithfully serve me for the rest of your life."

Geld eyes shone as he could feel the power overflow from within as he evolved above the [ High Orc ] and straight to [ High Orc Lord ] since Erix can't make him reach [ Divine Boar ] just yet. He appeared bulkier and more powerful than before as Geld kneeled down thanking him and vowed to never disappoint as Erix gave a satisfied nod.

Eventually Erix spent his remaining time to give each one of the orcs a name which is easy with the help of Arryn evolving them to High Orc. The whole conflict lasted for Half An hours excluding the traveling.

Treyni discuss setting meeting with the Lizard men as Erix mention that he'll do that later as Erix teleported them to his kingdom letting Yae Miko to handle managing them acquiring help from Yuina and Shuna while Erix Commanded Rigurd to prepare a feast for everyone as welcoming party.

Erix decided to travel into his inner world tree which was separated dimension from outside as he was going to create Ultimate skill using the soul he acquired and summoned the Daemon.
