What they saw there chilled them to the bones.Wang Xiu lay lifeless on the red brick pavement,while her thick crimson blood flowed constantly and veined through the crevices of the tiles and darkened its color.

Mark could not believe his eyes.Just a moment ago,she was alive and now she lay on the road,lifeless. "Wang Xiu!" He yelled as he rushed over to take a look at her body.The entire crowd was gathered there and no one even cared to call up an ambulance.Mark hovered over and saw her.Her pale white face was covered with blood and she winced in pain as the dust touched her open wounds.

The ambulance was called over by Akio and it reached in no time.Four people came with white stretcher and placed her onto it.The fresh blood kept on staining the white cloth. "Please do not take her.She is fine!"Mark roared as he stopped them from taking her.Akio came over to drag Mark away.

"I am sorry on his behalf."Akio apologized.

"It's okay sir.We are used to such behavior.Anyone will behave like this if their loved ones die suddenly."The compounder consoled.

"Who said she is dead?Are you crazy? Can't you see she is fine?!"Mark shouted.

Akio understood that Mark was acting too delusional.He dragged him away from the ambulance as he watched Wang Xiu depart from them.He did not know what was going to happen next.Fate was fragile and uncertain.

Mark could not take it anymore.Tears began to brim in his eyes.He pulled Akio in and rested his head on his broad chest.Akio could feel his chest becoming warmer and wetter with the tears.He held onto Mark until he stopped crying.

They both reached the hospital as soon as Mark's condition stabilized.However,when they reached the hospital,something heartbreaking lay in front of them.They saw the head of the Ren family,Liu Ren,Gu Ren's father sign some papers.In no time,a stretcher was brought out of the hospital while he sat down and uncovered the face.

"Yes..it is her."He said as he covered it back.

The stretcher was placed in the ambulance and taken away.Mark had a bad feeling about it.

"Can we go and check at Wang Xiu's house?"Mark asked Akio,who kept on staring at the ambulance.

They saw the same nurse pass by the entrance.They asked her, "May we know in which room is Liu Ren's daughter admitted?"

"I am sorry but they took her back.She died two hours ago."She replied.

Mark was in shock.He knew something was wrong for sure.The stretcher they just sent was Wang Xiu's dead body.He could not believe it.He wanted to go to the Ren house immediately.

Akio took Mark to the Ren house.Their giant gate was covered with a white ribbon.They both entered the courtyard.There was a gong right beside the door.They saw that the door was open.They entered it.The wall opposite to the door had a big poster of Wang Xiu.They hovered over to see a dead body covered in various colored clothes which lay on the floor.However,there was no one around it.Mark bent down to see a photo of her.She showed a cold-calm look,exclusive to her.

"Why did you die?"Mark questioned the photo.

"Let's go Mark.I don't think outsiders are allowed."Akio said,placing a hand on Mark's shoulder.

"Seems like you people don't want her to leave."someone taunted in their raspy voice.

Mark knew this voice.So did Akio.It was Gu Ren's.

Will Gu Ren repent for his sins?Or will his condition detoriate?
