53 There’s No Danger on The Roof

Hue was driving the car while Wisteria and Reen was at the back sitting together. The three talked merrily as they sped up towards their home.

The film had ended without any problems (except for the sudden theme change) and it was yet again another ordinary day. Everyone was so busy filming yesterday that once the production was done; everyone was too tired to have a celebration party so they decided to move it on another day. Hue, Wisteria and Reen were now back home.

"Thank you very much mom... dad… for helping me get over that slump. You even change the theme of the music video just for me."

Reen knew that since her acting skills was not really that great as well as her current bad mental state, Wisteria and Hue decided to change the song to suit her current state of mind and emotions.

"I'm really sorry for the hassle and inconvenience. I'll make sure to properly convey my apologies to the staff, Chad and his manager tomorrow." Reen continued saying

"Nah, there's no danger on the roof [1] at all… Honestly speaking we were planning to use that song instead of the first one in the beginning." Hue replied

"Really? Then why did you change it to the second one then?"

Wisteria and Hue took a glance at each other.

"Did you know that you have a tendency to sometimes convey what you truly feel despite you pretending otherwise?" Wisteria said slowly as though talking to a 7 year old child.

Reen thought about it and then blushed which made Wisteria smile.

"The new song was a bit more emotional, we thought that since you were too happy with everything that was happening with your life so far, the song would be too inappropriate." Wisteria explained

"Not only that, since we've notice you tend to show once in a while what you truly feel, the right emotions and actions wouldn't be properly conveyed if we force you to do something you're not emotional devoted to do." Hue inserted

"Oh..."

"You may be thinking that if that's the case we were waiting for something bad to happen and take that as an advantage to use that song weren't you?" Hue inserted

Reen stared blankly at him as though conveying how-did-you-know-what-I-was-thinking sort of feeling. Hue rustled Reen's hair.

"Of course not, stupid!" He said while lightly knocking her head with his hand

"We don't what you to feel sad or heartbroken just too properly portray the scenario we want, silly girl. Hue continued

"We were planning to wait for you to hone your skills more during one of our practice sessions. After you have gained enough experience then we would eventually explore other genres of music to expand your music career. By doing this, you will have more control over your emotions." Hue said affectionately making Reen feel guilty for her initial thought.

Feeling grateful and yet still a bit guilty Reen hugged them by circling her arm on their necks startling the adults a bit but hugging her in return tenderly.
