28 Such a Gentleman
Meanwhile Sae stared at the chain on his hands and cursed, his phone rang yet again but he ignored it. He started walking towards home while jumbling thoughts and feelings filled his body.
"Hmm..?" Someone said seeing Reen
The ground was filled with patches of overgrown grass while a nearby lake too deep for the eyes could see (the bottom) was a few meters away from where she stood. She slowly walked and stopped at the edge of it, still in a daze.

As the song finishes, a voice came from behind her. Startled, her tears momentarily halted, she turned around abruptly assuming a defensive pose. A young man with a presence of a dominating king leaned on an old tree, she glared at him all nerves on high alert, completely changing from her prior fragile self.
The man was wearing a ribbed trim print cashmere gray blend sweater with a dark gray slim fit selvedge jean and gray canvas slip-on shoes. His hair was designed into slicked black. At this glance she could see his ripped body and handsome European and Asian mix face. Seeing he had no harm intended, she relaxed.
This took place only for a few seconds from her initial defensive stance wherein she put her arms "on guard" while her left leg forward then hunch to her right ready to attack or defend herself depending on the situation.
Amazed by her quick movement and stance he could not help but slightly raised his eyebrow an obvious interest flickering behind his powerful and seductive eyes.
"You…?" Momentarily distracted by his looks Reen asked.
He looked at the tear stained face of the girl in front of him and assessed her silently. Even with the tear stained face, it didn't destroy the innocent and pure beauty beneath it. He saw his fair share of beauties in this world but not one with such clear and beautiful features.
Her hair despite being slightly dishevelled was silky black, so soft in his eyes. He wanted to reach out and confirm it but he restrained himself; mentally laughing as his absurd action and thought.
Seeing him regarding her thoroughly, Reen wiped her tears with the back of her hand. She looked at her dishevelled state namely her clothes not even bothering fixing herself. She had no energy to spare to fix her looks or even ask this mysterious person's name.
"I'm not trying to die…" She whispered as she turned around then sat again and looked at her reflection on the lake which.
The man did not answer but just stared at her. He didn't care whether or not she really wanted to commit such an act. He had only followed her out of curiosity but seeing her obvious depression he sighed.
"How can I be such a gentleman" he though shamelessly to himself
He walked over and sat beside her, looking at her reflection on the lake.
"So what actually happened?"
Startled a bit by his voice beside her, she involuntarily scooted to the side which made him frown.
