82 Forget Everything

After a month of examination and rest Reen miraculously returned to her sunny and bubbly self but the consequence of such was actually her forgetting the past, from her childhood to that traumatic experience.

Discovering this, Hue and Wisteria was relieved yet worried for her future.

"Should we…?" Wisteria asked at some point when they were sure Reen was already sleeping.

"Hmm… let's not force it. The child chose to forget it herself. If we tell her, it may lead to more bad things than good." He visibly shivered while Wisteria who was sitting beside him scooted over and placed his arm around him snuggling into his chest in comfort and warmth.

When Hue found out that Reen had a traumatic brain injury as per Wisteria's explanation, he knew that the doctor didn't tell her everything. As he was a director and one of the major writers to most of his movies he researched various information from different fields.

He did this to give his movies a more realistic element, in one of his readings he understood that this injury is not as simple as the doctor's claims it to be.

He understood that the doctor did not mention it as it was only a possibility for a permanent or lifelong injury occurring so he didn't take his negligence of duty to heart and ignored this slight miss of information.

Wisteria still not being fully convinced by his earlier reassurance, Hue didn't have any choice but to explain everything. Turning a bit pale Wisteria bit her lips in anger.

Unlike Hue, Wisteria didn't think what the doctor did was proper at all but understanding he did it because of her reaction she reluctantly decided to let him off.

"But there will be no next time." She whispered darkly

"Achoo! Did the temperature went down or something?" The doctor in charge of Reen said as he hugged himself and went on his way.

"So now do you understand what I mean by just letting the situation be…?" Hue said as he ignored her remark

"I get it, let's not tell her then but when she does remember it then wouldn't' she hate us then?" Wisteria nodded but still could not help but inject this question

"Will deal with it when the time comes…" He said exhaustedly and with seriousness

They truthfully explained everything to Mirly and tactfully understanding everything despite being forgotten by Reen she frequently visited her until eventually Reen let her guard down and they became the best of friends again.

Of course as they had decided to do this, Hue and Wisteria had an agreement throughout all the media that they can broadcast the news but the identity of the family involve be subject to secrecy.

The previous scoops and news wherein their names and pictures were shown were wiped out, deleted and taken down as though it never excited in the first place.

Tactfully knowing that these people can never be cross they had agreed. Despite Hue and Wisteria's expertise came from their worldwide talents, everybody knew that there's something more to them than meets the eyes [1].

Nobody could survive in this type of underhanded industry without the necessary skills and people to back them up. Such a fact was a known rule throughout the entertainment industry or any sort of high profile industry on earth.
