16 A Surprise
The next day, Reen shared the great news with Diola. Her friend was so excited for her. She asked Diola to keep it a secret because it was a surprise for Sae. She wanted to dedicate the song to him as a gift this coming Thursday.
This was her gift to thank him for his patience and consideration towards her, Diola had her doubts about keeping it a secret but upon seeing the excitement in her friends' eyes she kept her doubts to herself. They then shifted to school related topics and just stopped when class started.
"Hey Reen, let's eat at that new restaurant near the usual mall we go to. We still have 3 hours before our next class so we can kill some time there as well." Diola suggested after the teacher left the class.
"I'm so sorry Reen, I got some things to do remember?" She said with her the-music-video-and-surprise-him face look.
"Oh, your right! I forgot about that. If that's the case, I'll tell Skie and Sae for you. You should hurry up and go, you've only got 3 hours in this case."
Sae and Skie had different classes with Reen and Diola that time but their classes ended at the same time. They would also be classmates later this afternoon.
"Thanks Diola, I owe you one."
They bid each other goodbye and Reen hurriedly went home, Hue was the one who pick her up this time.
They hurriedly went to the set. They were at the famous cabin tree house restaurant called "The Willow's Tree House". Though it's called a restaurant the food and drinks served are family friendly and the common people meals. It became famous not only because of its unique style but also for its food, drinks and accommodating staff.
There are two buildings for this restaurant; one was perched on the old willow tree with at least a meter and a half above the ground. The old and disabled people who wanted to eat here were accommodated at the second building located below while the young, couples, children and adults were situated above them. But you may choose to stay in either building depending on your preference and as long as you can climb the spiral staircase.
People can choose were they wanted to eat depending on their preferences. They can enjoy the peace and quiet of the eatery since it's a bit far from the usual buzzing city life.
The restaurant can also be reserve for any occasions. Wisteria who helped in securing the place rented the upper part of the restaurant for their video today. She is a close friend of the owner of the restaurant and what took at least months to reserve she got it within 2 weeks. Luckily for her, a customer had suddenly cancelled their reservation.
Everyone was done setting up the set by the time Hue and Reen arrived. Reen had changed into a black high waist slim short sleeve V neck retro polka dotted dress which had an empire waist casual dress bottom. She partnered it with a black scalloped flat shoe. For her hair, it was designed into a long layered bob with fringes and razor ends style.
