Criminal's Mind

Light, a young man whose brother was mysteriously murdered several years ago led him into a life of crime-fighting. Though he lacked the skills need to pursue this life long dream of his, nevertheless, he was resentful. At least even if he couldn't do anything, he wanted to have the chance to converse face to face with his brother murderer and ask him "Why?" Why he did what he did. As it may seem, Light was, you might say, mysteriously granted the ability sense crime before it happened, while others would say was a blessing he called unto himself.
