Third pov :-
Beautiful girl with long hair and milky white skin with brown eyes is standing on the banks of a beautiful lake
It is still a little dark all around because there is still some time in the morning ,
The cold wind made the girl's long hair fly in the air but that girl unaffected by wind joined both her hands infront of lake ,
Like every year, this year too she has come to ask a gift from her grandma for new year,
" Grandmaa , Thank you for fulfilling my last year's wish you know maa papa finally agreed to go to Shimla for vacations " she said happily
Every year she makes a prayer for her family and tossed the coin into the water ,
she believes that by doing this, her grandmother fulfills her wish, which she loved so much.
Every year she makes a wish for her family and Love ones and tosses the coin in the lake ,
As usual, this year too she bounces the coin in the water with a bright smile on her face but instead of going into the pool, the coin goes towards the forest ,
Kavya run to hold that coin, but that coin continues to roll forward then suddenly it collides with a stone and stops ,
Kavya takes a sigh of relief and picks up the coin and starts to leave but suddenly she hears a strange sound by that she stops ,
she moves a little and sees a little injured puppy ,
she immediately moves towards it, but before she reach towards the puppy a woman pick up the puppy in her arms and starts caressing it ,
She stops and starts looking at the woman, who fondly kisses the puppy and orders the man "Bring water and first aid from the car" ,
The man brings water immediately and gives it to the woman ,
The woman feeds him water and then carefully wraps the ointment around his injury " take him to veterinarian clinic " she said and handover the puppy to the men ,
" Sorry to say mam , but we should not separate a puppy from her mother, her mother must be nearby, we should leave it to her, she will treat her child herself " he said to her with hesitation ,
" Sometimes it is also necessary for the child to be separated from her mother so that he learns something from himself in her life and realizes his mistakes ,once he will recover then leave it back here" she said and wipe her tears ,
After this, the man did not say anything and sat on the driver's seat and took the woman and puppy from there,
" perhaps that man was the woman's driver Because he wore black clothes that looked like a uniform " kavya said and starts coming back towards the pond ,
cold air is still going on but now the sun is completely raised in the sky and its brightness is all-around ,
Kavya wonders how kind and soft-hearted the women is who took care of the puppy but seems sad ,
She then prays to her grandmother to give the woman what she wants, then she happily toss the coin into the lake,
Suddenly she realizes that she is too late to go to jail " oh lord shiva ! How can i late today ?,
" Bye grandmaa I will meet you soon bye bye " She wave her hand at Lake and quickly moves fast towards her car,
Her car is very special for her because she buy this car with her own money which she earn from her assistant lawyer job ,
Kavya works as an assistant lawyer in a well known law firm in the city,
Till now she used to go to court just like an assistant lawyer but this case is the first case of her life which she will fight as lawyer hence, she feel excited and nervous ,
She has not told anything at home yet as she wants to give a surprise to her family ,
" I have to take the papers , case files from jail, So that I can present the case in the court as soon as possible because there is not much time left for court trial I have only one week because in next week there is final judgement by the court , " she said to herself and increase the speed of car,
Government decides to review unsolved cases pertaining to prisoners as a goodwill gesture on independence day ,
Kavya is going to fight the case of a man whom the government has decided to leave on Independence Day and along with some people,
This prisoner is that prisoners who were not a criminal by profession, but the situation forced him to become a criminal hence government decides to review their case one more time ,
One of these prisoners is a prisoner who has killed his own girlfriend,
And later confessed his crime, But no one has found the dead body of that girl till date so government decides to review his case once again ,
This criminal is none other than son of the world's biggest and well known businessman ram Singhania,
This prisoner is none other than Arjun Singhania, son of the country's biggest and well known businessman ram sighania ,
Who himself was a very succesful business man before coming to jail ,
No one want to say anything about arjun sighania because some people believe that he is related to the mafia's of Italy which are famous for their cruel behaviour,
And some people also believe that he is the king of mafia but at last no one knows the real reality of arjun singhania because people's are scared of him ,
Unknown to all these Kavya is going close to her destination hoping for new beautiful phase of her life but she did not know that she is not getting closer to her happiness but closer to hell Which will change his happy and beautiful life into living hell ,
Kavya pov :-
The biggest jail in the city is in front of my eyes , I look at it for a few moments and then move forward,
Although I have been in this jail a few times but today I have a different feeling as if something is going to change,
something is going to be different But I still have a big smile on of my lips ,
Due to the number of VIPs and well known criminals in this jail, that's why the mob is absolutely less there are only a few relatives and lawyers,
I went straight to the jailor's cabin to take some files of my case from them so that I can understand or study the case before the court trial,
" I'm advocate Kavya Sharma, I want to meet the jailer sir " I told a police constable standing there,
"You can go" he spoke to me and stood back in his place ,
" Come sit ,may I know what can I help you with? "He asked me staring awkwardly ,
" I'm advocate Kavya Sharma I come to take the case file of my client Arjun Sighania "I told him without sitting because I feel this man a little weird ,
Suddenly sweats came on his face and he stood up "No sir. Meaning you can't get Arjun Sighania's file" ,
" Excuse me " I looked at him with surprise, if I am not wrong, then he call the criminal sir but why ?
" I mean why are you wasting your time, he don't want to get out of jail " He told me while sitting back in his place with awkward smile ,
" I don't care what he wants, I have come only to do that, for which the Government has sent me here and I will also advise you that , you also do your work and give me all the files related to the case , I said looking at him angrily ,
"Beautiful girls like you shouldn't get so angry, you wait a little, I will send your files to you " he said lustfully while looking at me from top to bottom,
I starts coming out of the cabin in anger but then he said "If you want, you can meet your client till I send your files to you "
" Yes, it will be good anyway if I will meet him personally and then read his file then it will be easy for me to understand his psychology " I thought and then nodd him in yes ,
Then he call someone from outside through his brass table bell ,
" Take Madam to prisoner no .112 " the man stared at the jailer in astonishment,
But the jailer once again said him but this time little loudly, he nodde in " yes sir "
"I dont know why ? But I am a little scared to see all this, why are they so surprised on hearing his name who is this Arjun Singhania whom everyone scare of ? " This is what is going on my mind while going towards his lockup,
" I want to tell you something " suddenly the constable who walks with me said with fear."
"Yes, tell me what you want to say ? " I ask him while walking ,
