Cries To The Moon

A dragon girl named Tifaret and an assassin named Tear who work in the same college for the gifted have an interesting interaction with each other that leads them to a dramatic romantic situation that neither of them are willing to admit is such. Able to see souls, they can see each others' feelings within, but cannot express them without, which ends them up in a situation of misunderstanding each other.
