18 PART 18 ~ LOSS OF APPETITE

"If she doesn't want to eat, then there's no need to force her to eat. Next time, no need to tell me these unimportant things! Better just take care of your work, I'm not even interested in hearing it!" growled Erland.

"Excuse me, sir. But, sir. Don't you want to know something while you're away, and what Miss Briel has been up to?" asked Lely.

Erland was silent. What exactly did Briel do? Wasn't she just trying to destroy his bedroom? Or, is there anything else Briel has done? thought Erland.

"Ahem!" Erland cleared his throat and went back to get some food.

"Sir, Mrs. Briel is very beautiful, it would be a shame if Mrs. Briel was taken by another man. You are my employer who I respect very much. I don't want you to regret it later," said Lely.

Erland sighed. Actually, what did Lely say? Erland didn't understand what Lely was saying at the moment. Why talk convoluted? Hearing what Lely said made Erland a little curious. Erland wanted to know what else Briel was doing.

Lely became awkward. However, she was a little happy to see Erland's response that looked angry. Could Erland be jealous? Oh yes. Erland must be jealous, Lely thought. Lely was sure that after this Erland would be warier of Briel.

Lely was honestly worried because she had never seen Erland with a woman. During her work with Erland, Erland was never seen with a woman or talking to a woman, even if it was only through a phone call. She even thought Erland was a man with an abnormality. Lely thought Erland was a gay man. Lely would be very sorry if her master, who was very handsome in her eyes, turned out to be a same-sex lover.

"Why are you silent?" Erland was annoyed that Lely didn't answer his question.

"Are you done talking? If so, clear the table!" Erland said while pointing to the dining table on which there were several dinner menus.

"You haven't eaten it, sir," said Lely.

Erland shifted his chair. He rose from his chair.

"You make my appetite go away!" Erland said annoyed and left the dining table.

Lely shook her head. What's wrong with what she said? Lely felt she had given Erland the right advice. Erland had to thank her, because apart from being good at taking care of the house, Lely was also a good adviser.

Erland went upstairs. Arriving at the door of his bedroom, he was surprised by Briel who suddenly came out of the bedroom.

Erland sighed. He clenched his fists.

'Can't she get me not emotional? She keeps surprising me!' Erland thought in annoyance.

"Em..."

Erland frowned as Briel started to speak.

"I've put up barriers in your bedroom, including your bed! So, we will never sleep close together, let alone touch. Em… Okay, close together is fine, but don't let you cross the line I made!" Briel warned.

Erland rubbed his face.

'She's not only managing my house, but she's also trying to manage me too!' Erland thought.

"I'm not interested in sleeping with you!" Erland insisted and walked past Briel.

"Hey! After what you did to me, how can you talk like that? What do you think I am? You even started this disaster!" shouted Briel angrily.

Erland clenched his fists. He passed Briel and paused for a moment. He raised one hand without turning to look at Briel.

"Just talk to the wall! I've never been interested in listening to bullshit!" Erland said and left Briel just like that.

Briel clenched her fists.

'Is he human or not? He's gone mad! And, what did he say? Is he not interested in me? How can he talk like that, after what he did to me? Just watch, I'll drive him crazy with convulsions, but he'll never get what he wants!' Briel thought while smiling evilly.
