Rankers don't prefer to come down the floors unless it is needed. Then avoided getting down the floor if it was not anything concerning.

It was because of the fact that the more they climb the Tower the more will be the restriction when they came down to the lower floors.

For example, if someone from the 10th floor came down to the 1st floor then 90 percent of their power would be sealed.

It means that even rankers could easily die to the weak monsters that they would have been able to slaughter on the upper floors.

And with every floor, they climbed up, the restriction only increased that's why even though they could become an absolute ruler on lower floors they refused to take the risk.

'What good would be becoming a ruler if you don't even know when you would die? if you can't even guarantee your life? what's worse than dying to someone weaker than you' right?

But the complete opposite was happening here now.
