2 2. Bianca Henderson

A girl walks into the large room where the planning team, Henderson Corporation, is located. Instantly everyone stood up straight behind their desks. Bowed respectfully to their boss who just came. And the girl continued walking towards her office. Walking swaggeringly into the director's room. Sit behind a large table that has the name of the planning director, Bianca Henderson. The girl, named Bianca Henderson, sat on her chair after placing the Hermes bag on the table. And started eating breakfast that had been prepared by her secretary. Slowly someone came inside.

"Good morning." Greet a girl who just entered the office.

"Morning." Bianca answered without looking at the girl who greeted her and continued to eat her breakfast.

"Is everything ready? I want the meeting to be held in five minutes. " Said Bianca while looking at some of the files on her desk.

"Yes, I'll get the others to the meeting room right away." Said the girl whose name was Amelia hurried out of the room.

Five minutes later, in the meeting room. A few people from the planning team had gathered. And before long Bianca Henderson came into the room.

All team members sat up straight and tense when Bianca entered the meeting room. They didn't want to make a small mistake in front of the director who was nicknamed Ice CEO. Now Bianca has sat in the very front seat. The meeting room table is oval with chairs on the right and left. And all the planning team employees are already sitting there.

"Shall we start the meeting?" Said Bianca coldly and opened the meeting without further ado.

"What about the cooperation contract with the Alexander Group?"

"We've made an appointment with Mr. Alexander but he wants you to meet him yourself Director. " Answer an employee.

" Okay, put that appointment on my agenda. " Said Bianca who made her secretary take notes in a small book.

"Then what about the development of apartment development in East City B?"

"Th ... that's a bit of a problem Director." Said one of the male employees fearfully and worriedly.

"What?" Bianca said quickly and demanded further explanation.

"There was a construction worker who had an accident which caused him to die, made other workers stop working and stopped construction. They are mourning the loss of one of their friends."

"How long have they stopped?" Bianca said coldly without feeling sad when she heard the news that one of the construction workers had died.

"It's been three days Director." The man replied while lowering his head in fear.

"What? Three days? They stopped building during that time. Three days is too long to grieve. I don't care how. I want them all to start working again today." Bianca said with a cold and flat face. Even so, the voice sounded pressing in several of her sentences, illustrating that by now the girl was getting angry.

"But Director, they are currently grieving. If we ask them to get back to work right away I'm afraid they'll stage protests and demonstrations. " The male employee named Budi Saputra protested.

"I don't care." Bianca said undeniably cold with her sharp eyes. Makes Budi look deeper, with the intimidating look Bianca gave to him.

"I do not want the construction of the apartment to be further delayed. If they protest or demonstrate, just fire them. And if they want to cancel our cooperation with us, they will have to pay a cancellation penalty. I don't want to know how you can solve it. I want those workers back to work today. If not you're the one I'll fire. You understand?" Said Bianca with full emphasis firmness and without denial of her threats.

The girl never messed with her words. She was known for her cold, cruel and heartless attitude. she very easily fired someone she thought couldn't do any better in her eyes. And nothing can be against it. Because that girl is the proud director of that big company. Behind her annoying attitude. she had a smart brain, always managed to handle multi-billion-dollar cooperative contracts and expensive real estate planning projects. That is why, the president believed and never cared if that girl fired some of her office employees.

"Yes, Director." Said Budi obediently, looking down in fear. This is a difficult thing for him to do. Asking people who are in mourning to work, isn't that rude at all. But if he doesn't then he will be fired.

"Then where is the proposal for cooperation with the company CJ COORPORATION?"

Not a single employee spoke up, all were silent for fear. Not getting a response from her subordinates made Bianca a little annoyed.

"Who is in charge of making the proposal?" Bianca asked with her cold aura and sharp eyes. It intimidated all the employees to speak up immediately before she flayed them with her angry glare.

"I am the Director." Said a female employee fearfully. she lowered her head and did not dare to look at the director.

"Where is the cooperation proposal?"

"So— sorry, Director. I — I haven't finished the proposal yet." The woman said scared and nervous, her body slumping down slowly wanting to hide from Bianca's sight.

"What?" Said Bianca fast, strong and full of emphasis in each letter. she even got up from her seat. Hardly pounding the table showed that her anger was now getting higher.
