3 The mysterious man

Nadine returns to her company feeling satisfied because she has managed to get back at Marcell even though she still has to fight to save her company.

Nadine doesn't know what Marcell had in his mind. Since they were in high school, he never stopped chasing her even though their parents were married.

Marcell continued to seek her attention, saying that if he loved her but he had many girlfriends and luckily Nadine knew them all so Nadine could take advantage of them to get back at Marcell.

And now Nadine wants to be a mosquito in there and see how the girls fight over Marcell and make that bastard helpless.

But even though Nadine feels a little bit happy now, she was still anxious about the fate of her company and hopefully, her staff will find an actor who can be invited to join her company.

Sammy greeted Nadine by opening the door for her then following her steps, carrying a folder in his hand.

Nadine first saw Sammy's face, which still looked scared, then she realized that Sammy only brought one folder that Nadine could almost confirm what was in it.

"Only one?" Nadine asked, sounding desperate.

Sammy doesn't dare to answer, Nadine was already very scared when she was not angry and Nadine looks like an angel-faced demon who falls from the earth when she was angry.

"Call Marina now."

Sammy immediately nodded, he immediately came out of Nadine's room and looked for Marina, who had been waiting with several other staff near Nadine's room.

"How? What did Boss say?" Asked Marina in a whisper.

"You better call your family and tell them you love them."

Marina swallowed hard, she knew what Sammy was saying, maybe her life would not belong anymore.

"I love you all guys, pray for me that I will be safe," Marina said in despair.

"Amen ..." Said the other staff who prayed for Marina so that she could meet Nadine.

Marina took a deep breath, she walked doubtfully and scared but Sammy urged her to go faster. "Hurry up or she will eat you alive."

"Oh God please save me."

Marina prayed before she opened the door and entered Nadine's room but before she had time to turn around, a floating object nearly hit her.

Nadine threw the folder away without thinking. Her anger was unstoppable and Marina had experienced this before so Marina tried to calm down, picked up the folder, and brought it closer to Nadine's desk.

"You dropped it, ma'am." Said Marina with a trembling body and when her eyes accidentally met Nadine's sharp eyes, Marina immediately looked down again.

"I didn't drop it, but I threw it away," Nadine replied angrily.

"I gave you time to find information about actors in this country and is it so difficult that you only get one?"

"All well-known and experienced actors in this country are already under contract with other agencies as well as new actors who are on the rise." Explained Marina. "There is only one actor who meets our criteria, namely Justin Wang. He has been an actor for ten years and all the movies and dramas he has starred in are always successful."

"Justin Wang?"

Nadine feels familiar with that name, but Nadine finds no one in her memory of someone who has the name, Justin. Marina catches the change in Nadine's expression which becomes calmer so she immediately opens the window blinds in Nadine's room.

Nadine turned her chair and walked over to Marina who was standing next to the window showing the next building with a billboard that had a photo of an action film cover with the male lead.

"He is Justin Wang."

"Not bad." Comments Nadine immediately returned to her seat and made Marina confused because Justin Wang was very handsome and Nadine only commented 'not bad' she was never unexpected.

Marina then returns to Nadine's desk and waits for Nadine to speak again.

"Just contact him and invite him to join this company." Nadine said easily, she immediately got up and grabbed her bag, a sign that she would soon leave again but because Marina was still silent, made Nadine ask, "what are you waiting for?"

"The problem is...."

"Oh my God, what's the problem again?"

"Justin Wang has never wanted to join any agency since he debuted and he will rest for a year after the last movie aired and the last movie just two weeks ago aired."

Nadine sat back down, closed her eyes, and pulled her hair back because she felt dizzy.

Marina thought Nadine was thinking so she waited quietly but unexpectedly Nadine shouted and startled her.

"Persuade him, give him a contract that will change his mind. Do whatever it takes to get it, should something like that I take care of it too ?!"

"We've been trying to reach him but He is very mysterious and not much personal data can be found about him. He's invincible, that's his nickname."

"Invincible? Are you fucking kidding me?" Nadine laughs at Marina's explanation. How tough is that guy? Nadine looked back at the window and squinted her eyes and muttered, "he doesn't look special."

"I'm more special, so I'll conquer him," Nadine said confidently.

Marina then took something out of her pocket and gave it to Nadine. "That's his business card."

"Only this?" Nadine gave a confused look and Marina nodded in response.

Nadine then opened the folder that she had not previously had time to check, and there was only Justin's data such as a photo, full name, and date of birth and the rest had no personal telephone number and no email address nor home address.

" I should have fired you long ago."

"It was very difficult to get his personal information, he closed about his personal life, and people who had worked with him only dared to give his business card."

"He worked in the entertainment industry for ten years then why is it so hard to get information about him?"

"I've been trying my best to find out more about him and all the producers that worked with him said Justin made a contract with them after their partnership ended and if personal information about him got out they would have to pay him a huge penalty."

"Impossible, if that's how he survived in this entertainment world?" Asked Nadine in disbelief.

"Most movie producers will send him a script and he will pick and contact them."

"How great is he to be that arrogant?"

"Whatever he starred in will explode in the market. He is loved by the public and even has huge international fans. He never fails."

"That's enough, you sound like his fans are praising him too highly. My ears hurt to hear that."

"I'm sorry miss, I'm just explaining the truth ..."

"So, if the producers can submit their script, that means it's easy to find the address, right?"

"We checked him and the address is a small apartment and he doesn't live there, he just uses that address as a delivery destination for the manuscript."

"Is he the god of death? Why is he so mysterious?"

"Send me the address of his apartment and the people who have worked with him."

Nadine then got up, she walked away leaving Marina which can finally breathe.
