Kim Ha Neul was raised by her single mom, Kim Ye Jin, a beautiful and tall model with light brown eyes and curly dark hair. Having a child at 18 without a home was no easy feat, but her mother was her hero who had the ability to make the best of her situation. She had passed away due to cancer, her beauty faded with time but her personality had still been the most exciting. Her mother had taught her to be grateful and despite their atheist upbringings, she did not hesitate to read her Bible stories and share some miraculous incidents she had witnessed herself. She had given her the best times of her life and taught her the skills to be the person she would grow up to be. Maybe Ha Neul twisted her values a bit with the years, but her core belief remained the same as her late mother.

As a child who grew up reading fairytales and watching Disney shows, Ha Neul was a bit confused to say the least - wasn't she supposed to treat others right?
