191 Stupid Woman

Outside, Madeline was flustered.

Flabbergasted.

She just stood there, outside the closed door, while she seemed to be in a state of shock.

"Wh-wh-what just happened?" she finally said, while her other team members just looked at her. 

None dared to answer and were very careful in not showing any expression on their faces. Sandra, particularly, found it immensely satisfying to see someone else putting Madeline in her place.

That woman lorded over everyone.

The CEO didn't even give her a chance to speak as he slapped her (figuratively speaking), left, right, and centre before ushering her out of the room.

Everyone could see how the CEO was taking care of his beloved, ignoring them completely as he made sure she was comfortable. 

That already made Madeline's face turn blue.
