11 Trying To Stay Strong.

After locking the bathroom door Mia stepped into the shower room. Everything that happened with her today was running through her mind.

She stared at her own reflection in the full-size mirror in the shower. This girl in the reflection was someone she couldn't recognize. She turned on the shower, still staring at her reflection.

The water was cold as ice but she was not able to feel anything. Her eyes turned red and tears streamed down her cheeks losing its existence in the water. Mia lifted her hands and looked blankly.

Something was running through her mind!

Something that happened today!

She remembered the way Kelvin & Jacob were touching her. Tearing her clothes apart to satisfy their disgusting lust. She wasn't feeling any pain from the injuries she got when they hit her or when she was fighting them.

Instead she was feeling their disgusting hands all over her body. The way they touched her, the lust in their eyes and their evil intentions were burning her body whole. She felt something crawling on her skin.

She started scrubbing her body madly, screaming and crying due to the pain her heart felt. She was being so rough on herself that all her wounds started bleeding soon and there was blood all over the floor.

But she was so determined to wash their lingering touches away that she totally turned blind towards her own body.

When Lucas entered the bathroom he witnessed such a scene infront of him. In the middle of a pool of blood which was constantly washing away was Mia.

Screaming and crying!

Continuously scrubbing all over. Her torn clothes still hanging on her body completely drenched with water and her own blood.

Lucas ran towards Mia screaming, "MIA STOP! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!"

Lucas tried to stop her holding her hands but Mia pushed him away. Nearly falling because of the force she used on him, Lucas found his balance and tried again.

This time Lucas tightly held both her hands from behind Mia and wrapped his arms still holding onto hers around her body. Putting all his weight and strength on Mia he held her tightly not letting her continue.

Mia tried getting away from the person holding her with the last bit of strength she could gather but...

she felt her body getting numb. All of a sudden she started to feel unbearable pain and felt her body going weak. She felt like she couldn't even lift a finger on her own.

She felt a weight on her back and strong arms holding her still in the place. She subconciously looked at the mirror, her eyes opening wide. She realized it is Lucas behind her. Holding her and saying something continuously to her since when. She tried to listen to what he was saying :

"Please! Stop! Mia you're hurting yourself!

Please! I beg you Mia! Please please stop!

Why are you doing this! For gods sake please Stop!

Tell me who it was I'll kill that bastard myself! But please don't hurt yourself!

Please Mia stop! Please!"

Lucas didn't realize how long it had been him holding on to Mia and standing under the cold water streaming above on them. He also didn't realize what he was saying. He was just thinking about how to stop Mia from further hurting herself when he felt something!

Mia who was struggling to get away from his grip was now standing still in his arms. While he was asking Mia to stop he had pressed his head on her shoulder close to her ear with his eyes closed.

He opened his eyes looked at Mia who was standing weakly but firmly staring right ahead. He followed her gaze and looked in the mirror. He saw himself and then Mia!

His strong arms tightly holding her slender bruised arms wrapping them around her body. His upper half pressing against her back and his face on her shoulder. Both his and her eyes staring ahead at their reflections.

He was so immersed protecting Mia from herself that he didn't realize how intimately close he was holding her. Seeing that Mia has finally stopped and their closeness Lucas released her instantly and said,

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hold you like that it was because you were in shock and hurting youself! So I had to stop you!"

Mia just listened to Lucas explaining himself.

Lucas looked at her not saying anything. He turned around and filled the bathtub with hot water. As they previously got drenched in rain and now in shower Mia didn't seem to notice that she was shivering but Lucas did. That's why he silently prepared a bath for her.

"You should soak yourself for a while."

Mia nodded looking blankly at him and then walked towards the bathtub. Lucas turned around to leave but stopped at the door then turned to her;

"And Mia" he paused, "please don't do that again. Don't hurt yourself because of some bastard." He left and shut the door behind.

Mia stood there stupefied looking towards the door. Then she took off her clothes and sank in the tub. All her wounds started to sting because of the hot water.

She sank deeper in the water which had turned a bit red. Her eyes felt burning but she held back her tears trying to stay strong.
