Well.... I Guess I Am A Planet Now?

"Gah my head…" a voice said annoyedly, "That's the last time I try to go drinking 'real' alcohol with those so-called 'friends'." it continued as the owner attempted to move but was unable to. Instead, it felt like something was knocking into it repeatedly, getting stuck with it.

"What the hell…"

[Entity Awakened]

[System Activating]

[Greetings Host, The Entity that was your previous home planet had decided to sacrifice its entire being to give its current lifeforms the chance to develop as a new planet themselves.]

"Wait wha-"

[ As a result, you have been promptly reborn within the Arleia Galaxy, A rank 0 galaxy a vast distance from - - - - - -. Please do your best to grow and guide your inhabitants into the future.]

"Well… alright then? Dang, it! I was close to getting Lena to go out with me too, now when will I get a girlfriend?"

[Level System Activated]

[Entity Sight Enabled]

Shocking the voice into prolonged silence, its 'sight' was restored allowing it to view where it was. In outer space, more importantly, they noticed their human body had disappeared and they seemed to be frozen within space around bright light.

[Beginning formation process]

Surprising it, even more, was when different asteroids and meteors crashed into the light, it felt like they were being poked at the same time. Though many would undoubtedly be confused and shocked for a while before accepting their situation, this entity was fairly quick to understand that worrying and being shocked were the least of their concerns.

"This seems to be me…" it said as a large asteroid slammed into the ever-increasing layer of molten rock forming around the location of the light it observed. "If I am a planet then that was my core, I see…"

Though the entity was previously a member of a far-evolved human species that had created a galactic trade route that spanned multiple galaxies, it was interested in what becoming an entire planet could do for it.

Breaking it from its thinking, the system asked it to select a name, similarly to a video game. Noticing after a moment that the system itself seemed to work like a video game with levels and such, the entity was happier as it was very interested in video games in its previous life.

Though it wasn't too big into them like other people, it enjoyed spending some time playing them with friends and such. That, along with watching tv shows while not working at its government job, the entity enjoyed a fairly easy life.

Thinking about it's previous life, the entity became a bit saddened by it's abrupt ending.

It never knew its parents and was an orphan from birth, from this they worked hard to graduate at the top of their class and later go on to become a member of the world government to obtain the benefits it provided.

Yet, without much interest in the position, it held the entity didn't feel like putting in the effort to obtain a better position. Sure the benefits were better but it lived a fine life where it was at. And even though it had no family, it had a few close friends that later filled that void in it's heart. So with every day passing by peacefully, the entity was content with what it had accomplished at that moment.

Going back to the present situation, it was debating it's name after briefly reminiscing about its previous life. There was no use for it to cry about what has happened, only looking at what it should now do, which is to pick a name.

"A name… let's see… I don't feel like thinking about it for who knows how long, I have to get started on my growth even though I'm not sure what I should do exactly. Let's simply go with Kiro." Inputting the name with its 'voice' spelling it so it appears correctly, the entity, now selecting to be named Kiro, decided to look around the menu floating before it's 'eyes'.

"Status, Surface Weather, Inhabitants, Entity Home, Entity Hub, Locked, Locked, Locked, Locked…. What the heck…" Navigating through the options, Kiro was about to check it's status but was interrupted as a message in golden text was displayed in front of its 'eyes'.

[Relaying final message to all previous inhabitants of Level ## Entity: Aria]

[Do your best my children, I have given you all the opportunity to experience the wonder and joy of creating life as I once had. Now, I had a few friends that promised to watch over you all should you find them, do your best to find them first and you'll be rewarded for it. May I meet you all again.. - Level ## Entity: Aria]

"Aria… that's what our planet was called… So I suppose I will be called Kiro …" Checking its status page, it displayed some fairly understandable information like the age it was, time dilation, the number of inhabitants, the current technological period, energy system, and some other information that Kiro deemed not too useful in it's current situation.

"I'm really a planet though… what should a guy even do? Wait around for life to bloom???" he groaned as he waited some time closing the status page as another couple of messages appeared before his eyes.

[Reminder: The system will always be around to assist the entity, direct any questions you have towards it for a resolution]

[Congratulations on finishing the initial formation process. Comets will impact you shortly and create water sources, please select the ratio of land to water you would like. This cannot be changed later unless by natural processes.]

"Wait what? I was just a lightly covered core before! I can't have possibly finished the initial formation process, that takes hundreds of thousands of years I think, or millions at least, I can't remember the information exactly but I should not be that far along yet!" He cried as he looked at himself once more, shocked to find that the previously small and lightly covered core that was himself had turned into a massive planet at least half a size larger than earth. (Earth being relative to the information we know, not what the entity knows.)

"How…"

Thinking about it for a few moments Kiro realized that his thinking during his moments looking at the status was done without a sense of time, allowing for time to pass in what seemed like a few moments for him but was really a few hundred to millions of years.

"I really can't do that too often, System can you lower the rate of time passed when I am not focusing on myself so something like one day is equal to a week when I am unfocused? I'd hate to miss things being lost in thought.

[Time dilation adjusted to one week of unfocused time being equal to one day of natural time]

"Good, and I can simply adjust it myself if necessary. Now… the land to water ratio… let's make it 70/30 like Aria once was."

Looking at the options that were simply empty boxes with the words land and water above them, Kiro input the ratio he wanted before confirming.

[Ratio finalized. Comets are now being drawn towards you, estimated time until completion, 5000 years]

"Ohh yeah, shouldn't I have a sun and a moon in this star system? I've been so focused on myself that I haven't checked around yet," he mumbled as he scanned his surroundings for a few moments.

Noticing a massively bright light nearby and a much smaller mass of rock orbiting around him, confirming it with the system, he assumed both to be a sun and moon respectively. There were also smaller and larger planets a fair distance from him, a few further than others, and one extremely close.

Remembering his current situation after some time, he recalled the system saying that it would, in fact, take 5000 years to complete. "That's still so long… let me check the other options as well, I believe one was called the Entity Home. Let's see what that is about."

[Entering the Entity Home]

Feeling his consciousness being pulled away, Kiro was surprised to suddenly be in a white room, completely bare of all design and furniture.

[Welcome Kiro, this is a home space that will expand as you gain levels. Please create an avatar, this will be synced with your Hub avatar and all other avatars you create in the future. This can be edited two more times, at any time.]

Seeing a screen pop out in front of him as well as a blue stone at least six feet tall, Kiro looked at the screen and saw that it was basically a character customization window.

"And I have to do this from scratch…"

With nothing else to do, he decided should do this for the next couple thousand years. Taking a 'seat' on what felt like the floor Kiro began to design his avatar.

Not sure what to do, Kiro was pleasantly surprised to see preset designs he could design from. There was a humanoid design, a four-armed bipedal beast, a mermaid-type design, a floating tentacle monster, and many many more presets. With the universe being extremely vast there are billions of presets to choose from.

Deciding to keep it simple, Kiro selected a dark skin humanoid model that was devoid of any defining traits including genitalia. Not wanting that to be the case, he took time designing it out to be a 6'5 tan-skinned young man seemingly in their early twenties with white hair, a toned body, and a look that can be described as godlike to females in his previous life.

He also did not forget about the addition of his member down below, making it a solid eight inches(20cm), not that he really thought of when he'd use it. For him, it was having it that mattered.

Finalizing his creation, Kiro felt his sight shift as a brief darkness overtook his consciousness before he found himself staring at the wall. Looking around, realized that he was within the body of his avatar.

"Finally, I am no longer a floating consciousness with a planet for a body!" He said excitedly as he attempted to jump in his brief excitement but instead fell onto his face as he felt no feedback from his arms and legs. Smiling through the pain, happy that he was able to feel something again, Kiro began to laugh at his predicament. He had finally regained a body but was unable to move it.

"I'm like a baby, learning to walk and move again all on my own, what fun this will be. Wait... do I get some clothes?"

A/N: I guess not being able to control a humanoid body in hundreds of thousands of years catches up to you, even if it felt like yesterday.
