17 The Game of Destiny

We decided to search about the magical princess in hope that we will find who is behind the attacks. Austin was behaving very weird as he left the palace early and was ignoring us in school too. "Can I talk to you?" said Bertha as we were about to leave the class. "Sure" we replied. "You were searching about the magical princess right?"she said and we nodded in agreement. "Well I know something that can help. She was killed in a palace but it was not her palace" she said and that is when it hit me the palace she was killed in was the black palace. " Thanks Bertha" we said. "Anytime" she said and left.

We were waiting for Austin to get home but there was no clue of him. I really got scared to death. I decided to go and find him. As I was about to leave the palace with Carl and Alexa we heard the voice. It said," Looking for someone , Give me your crown and I will not kill him". "If anything happened to Austin I will kill you" I said. "Save me give her the crown" said a voice which was like Austin's voice. I was going to give the crown but when I heard Austin's voice I stopped. "Well I guess you don't know that I know Austin better than he does and he would never tell me to give you the crown" I said and we left the palace.

We found Austin in the park near our school. I ran and hugged him as soon as I saw him. "Your okay but the voice said you were under a spell" said Austin. It turns out that the voice was trying to trick us. "You haven't eaten anything not even water right?" Austin said as he looked at me. "You too right?" I said as I know that he hadn't just like me. We were about to go back home when all the street lights went off. The black image appeared in front of us and attacked Carl and Alexa. "Leave them it is between you and me now" I said as I stepped in between them. I told Austin to take them back but he denied. I stopped the attack of the black image and turned around to tell Austin to leave when the image attacked me. My crown and Austin's ring saved us as they shined. We opened our eyes and were at our palace. A whole flash back of our past life came. I am the magical princess of Aristona. Carl and I were twins and we had a elder sister who was not given the kingdom so I became the Queen. Austin and Alexa were our friends and helped me rule the kingdom. We created our crowns and rings. Our sister was furious and she attacked us several times. The nightmare we use to have is actually how we were killed. I still don't remember the face of our elder sister. We decided to go back to the black palace to find out who is the voice. As we were leaving we saw Josh and Rebecca . They said that they wanted to come too and were so determined that we had to let them come with us but before that we gave them some powers. "Rebecca use your invisibility power to hide you and Josh and if something happens Josh use your powers to teleport us back" I explained them.

We reached the black palace and could already feel the coldness. Rebecca used her power to hide her and Josh. We went inside and could see the black image standing. "Is there someone else too?" it said and attacked where Josh and Rebecca were standing but I guess Josh used his powers and teleported to other place. Then it started attacking us but this time we stopped her. When it got weak we held each other's hand combining our magic and said, "In magic we believe,

Who are you reveal". It was Kendall and then we remembered that our elder sister was Kendal. "Kendall I am your sister" I said. "No you are my enemy" she said as she grabbing my neck. "No she won't do anything" I said as I stopped Austin , Carl and Alexa from getting near. She left me and said, "You took everything". "I would never trust me" I replied. "Don't trust her" said the voice and Kendall vanished. "No" I screamed and continued , " It is my fault". "No, it can never be your fault" said Austin as he comforted me. "The game of destiny has made it clear that Kendall is not the one who killed us but" said Carl. "Who is it then" said Alexa as she completed Carl's sentence. We went to the royal palace and questioned the Queen. She knew everything from the start. We decided to wait for Kendall's return and are not going to tell anyone about it as our aunt Luciana's wedding is coming and we don't want to ruin it.
