3 Generosity is Expensive
Sitting in the spot he lied the other night , he starts to feel hunger hitting him .
"Man , i haven't eaten anything since i arrived here , yet that bitch is feasting on me"
He gets up , shakes the dust off his clothes and then begins to walk with difficulty towards the main street of the capital. He walks slowly keeping his head down while coughing his lungs out. Time to time he coughs blood . His body feels heavy , so does his head and his heart beats slowly like it wasn't there at all as always .His knees were shaking and he had difficulty with moving his fingers as they that felt like frozen. As he was walking , he tripped and fell . He could't find the strength to get up and walk again. Kiro felt like he was going to lay there forever . Everyone stared for a short while but then they simply walked away leaving Kiro in the middle of the road. A merchant came to him and said:
-Get up you worthless bum , you are disturbing my costumers
Kiro gathered all his strength and got up . With his knees shaking he said:
-I see your shop is as empty as my stomach.
-The merchant was irritated by Kiro's words , "how could a bum like him speak to a respectable merchant like me in that way"
The merchant slapped him that hard that Kiro fell again to the ground biting the dust .

Kiro wanted to feel anger , but didn't even have the strength to feel it .
"If i didn't make that stupid remark I could made my current situation a lot easier , why do I have to be such an idiot , But how could I tell that he would hit me just for a little joke I made. Guess I have to me way more careful with my words around here , I don't want to bite the dust again.
He once again gathered all his strengths and got up and continued his way to the main street.
After 12 minutes he finally arrived at his destination.
"Finally , Now what , I can't even remember why I wanted to come here in the first place"
He found another spot and sat there. He kept his head down and rose his hand making it obvious he was begging for money. He was holding back his tears.
"Not a single day here and I have to beg . Oh man what would i give for a meal"
People gave him a cold glace and walked away. No one was willing to give him even a single dreza.
Then he saw a butcher throwing a chunk of meat to a dog.
"Great , Even dogs can get free food if they perform a few tricks , what am I going to do."
Then he sees the owner of a tavern throwing some leftovers . Kiro gets up and says to him:
-Please don't throw them away , I could use them.
- This time I'm being generous , but remember , it won't be a next time.
Kiro , with tears in his eyes starts thanking the owner of the tavern and he starts feasting on the leftovers. He didn't care about the arrogance of that guy , as long as he was eating . For Kiro , those tasted like a banquet from a fancy restaurant .
It was getting dark . Kiro got up feeling better and he was able to walk almost normally , He could even run , the pain wasn't bothering him , He almost felt the same again . He found another spot and took of his jacket , so he could sleep on it. The night wasn't cold , in fact, it was unusually warm.
His eyes started to become heavier and heavier , until he decided to close them.
Once again , he found himself in the field full of tulips with Esgrieth standing right in front of him , like she was waiting him for a long time.
-So every time I sleep , I have to find myself here is that so ?
