16 16. Why do you care about her?

"Did you sent the gift to her?" Aiden asked on the phone.

"Yes. I did. I will forward you Ms. Aurora's contact number too!" The person said on the phone.

"Alright. Thank you so much. I just hope Savannah likes my gift and hope she is doing well." Aiden said.

"She will. Don't worry!" The person said and Aiden nodded his head before he ends the call.

Soon, a message was forwarded to him. He kept looking at the contact number before he dail the call.

He took a deep breath as no one answered the call till 5 rings but suddenly he blinked his eyes as he heard a voice.

"Hello..." Aurora said on the phone.

"Ms. Brown..." Aiden replied on the phone and he heard her taking a deep breath.

"Mr. Kelly?" Aurora asked.

"Yes." Aiden answered.

"Ohh... Why did you call?" Aurora asked.

"Umm... That's sounds rude." Aiden answered.

"Is it? I don't care." Aurora said making Aiden frown at her.

"Aurora..." Aiden called her with name making Aurora's heart breat fast.

"Ummm..." Aurora stuttered.

"How is Savannah?" Aiden asked.

"Umm... She is alright... But why do you care about her?" Aurora asked on the phone.

"Is it wrong to even care about a child who has got hurt in front of my eyes?" Aiden asked.

"I am not sure... But, Please stop acting as if you care about her." Aurora answered.

"What do you mean?" Aiden asked.

"I mean, I don't want you to send her chocolates and stuff again... I don't want my daughter to be a spoil brat! She already has so many stuff... I have given her everything she wanted in her life... This will mean nothing for her." Aurora answered.

"Why are you lying?" Aiden asked.

"Huh? Sorry, What?" Aurora asked.

"Why are you lying that whatever I sent her will mean nothing to her, Aurora?" Aiden asked.

"I don't think, I gave you the right to call me with my name yet!" Aurora said making Aiden sigh.

"I am sorry..." Aiden replied making Aurora chuckle on the phone.

"What am I listening? The Aiden Kelly is saying sorry for me?" Aurora asked.

"I do... When I am wrong!" Aiden answered.

"I wish, you say sorry to every little wrong thing you have done in your life." Aurora replied making Aiden frown at her.

"What?" Aiden asked.

"I mean... You should say sorry to every little wrong thing that you do in your life." Aurora answered.

"I do." Aiden replied making Aurora laugh out loud making Aiden frown at her again deeply.

"I am sorry... But I guess, this is funny..." Aurora said.

"What funny you have found in this, Ms. Brown?" Aiden asked.

"You said that you say sorry to every little wrong thing you do. Don't you?" Aurora asked.

"Yes. And I don't lie... I just was honest with you. I do say sorry when I am wrong at the things." Aiden answered.

"Then I guess, you should be sorry for a lot of things that you did in your life..." Aurora said.

"And I haven't done anything in my life until now to be sorry for a lot of things..." Aiden replied.

"Maybe... There is something that you might forget... But there will be surely something that you should be sorry off!" Aurora said.

"How can you say that when I said that I don't have anything like that in my life? Do you know more about my life than me?" Aiden asked.

"Well, I don't know... But, there will be some deep things that every person should be sorry off that they tend to forget about! But one day, it will come in front of their eyes that makes them regret the day they never said sorry!" Aurora answered making Aiden frown deeply as he has no idea about what Aurora is talking and Trying to say.

He doesn't at all have any idea why she is talking like this to him in the first place when is trying to be friendly with Aurora.
