Chu Changying hadn't a clue what Bai Hu was talking about. But she didn't need to wait long for his words to become clear. An explosion happened behind Bai Hu and the entire place became consumed with a mind-numbing power. One with properties that she was completely unfamiliar with and made her heart race in her chest.

Golden light emitted from the ground and rocks flew at ridiculous speeds. 

She called upon her Celestial Ribbon to shield herself from their onslaught but her ribbon was barely able to stand against the horrific force. Their foe had power unimaginable. It was a fact that etched itself into her very veins without true thought or reasoning.

The communication talisman did not stand a chance, ripped to shreds from a stray pebble that cut through the thin sheet. Bai Hu was before her, shielding her from the majority of the bludgeoning force of hurling rocks.
