Faye was just about to press the accept button when she felt the warm breath on her shoulder from Denis who was peeking curiously, "Go away Denis."

"Aw … you're hurting my fragile heart, honey," said Denis sad while putting his palms on his chest.

Faye rolled her eyes, maybe after answering the call; she will give Denis advice that he is good at acting and he should try to join the acting industry. She walked away from Denis then answered the call, "Morning, Mama."

[ Morning, what took you so long to answer the call?] asked Claudia.

Faye coughed, "I just woke up Mama, I was drinking with Mia," she explained. She chose to play it safe instead of being honest and made her mom panicked knowing that she was with a man in a hotel room.

[You have to cut down your drinking, Fay,] Claudia advised, [it's not good for your health.]

"Yes, Mama," said Faye who was a bad habit of drinking alcohol after work just to release her tiredness although sometimes she would play bowling, "So, what's with the sudden video call?"

Claudia rarely called her through video call, usually she would just do a phone call, and Faye guessed that it was related to work.

[Oh, I only wanted to see my favorite's child face, is that wrong?] said Claudia in a slight joking manner, [honestly, I want to know how is the preparation of your new restaurant, Fay.]

Faye turned quickly and found Denis behind her back, waving at Claudia with an innocent smile that she wanted to destroy right away,

"Oh!" Denis was surprised by the round white gold ring around Faye's finger, "You must be wondering how did you ended up wearing that ring, right?" he asked nervously.

Faye nodded, obviously needing an answer about the origin of the ring circled around her finger.

Was it because of last night as well?

"You were the one that asked me to give you the ring, Fay. Do you remember? Said Denis.

Faye's eyes widened, "Me!?" she exclaimed while pointing at herself innocently.

Denis nodded, "When we played bowling …" he gave her the hint.

Faye tried to recall the event, "Play bowling …bowling …"

Denis picked up the ball and started throwing it again, then laughed awkwardly with only a few knocks.

Faye laughed triumphantly, "You said that you are the ideal man of all men but you can't play bowling. You disappointed me, Mr. Denis~" she teased then laughed again.

Before they played, Faye offered to teach him how to play bowling, but Denis bravely refused and choose to embarrass himself

Faye was surprised to hear that, suddenly her cheeks heated up, "Sure." she sat back down again, amazed at herself that could be flustered easily by such casual seduction. She saw Denis who stepped back and took a comfortable step forward to throw the ball, "Wow ..." She was amazed that this time more bowling pins fell.

Denis approached Faye after no more bowling pins that fell, "Faye's teachings are great," he said with a big smile on his lips. The facial expression that suits Faye.

Faye decided to tease him back, "The teaching was not free, you have to pay for it~"

Faye felt flattered for a moment, Denis has always been childish or seducing all day, seeing that man being serious made her heart flutter a little, "Yes," she said seriously too.

Faye face palmed in relieve since Denis was back to the Denis she knew, now she only need to solve the problem with Claudia.
