(character info)

PACC . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . P.A.C.C. = Pronounced Authority to Capture Criminals

A branch of the civil force controlled and directed by the national government. PACC is given the authority to investigate, capture, and arrest anyone deemed a criminal. Their principal responsibility is to apprehend criminals and stop their crimes. The PACC is also the only branch of the civil force authorized to legally exterminate (kill) criminals without the judgement of the Court. There are four positions of function in the PACC: Discoverers, Chasers, Cleaners

CHASERS . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . A position in the PACC, whose function is the operation of "the capture and extermination" of criminals. They are the ones who take criminals into custody, whether the criminals are alive and unharmed, alive and injured/harmed, or dead. They are allowed full access into all and any buildings, including homes, estates, companies, shops, warehouses, plots of land, etc. by the national government without the need of getting verification. There are 7 Ranks of Chasers.

THE 7 RANKS OF CHASERS . . . . . . . . . . Listed from highest to lowest rank:

RANK 7 : The Elite - they excel in both planning and capturing, this is the highest rank for a chaser. Most in this rank are discovered with they're Laymans, and don't go into the second or first class, as most were personally chosen or recommended by other Elites and were allowed promotion as an Elite after tests conducted by the highest ranking specialist directors and commanders, and also had to receive the approval and consent of the heads of PACC as well.

RANK 6 : The Specialist Director - they give instructions and plan the attack with the elite and the commanders. They are intellectually gifted and can fight well (as they were able to pass the Chaser examination), but most don't go on missions when given the choice, as they are allowed to choose whether or not to attend a mission by the heads of PACC, who see specialist directors as valuable for their intellect in creating battle strategies .

RANK 5 : The Commander - they take instruction from Specialist Directors when on missions, but they can also plan themselves. Mainly excelling in capturing and combat, they give instruction to ranks below them, teaching and training them. They are the leaders on missions, and can promote second class chasers to first class on their own, and also first class chasers to commanders with the approval of specialist directors.

RANK 4 : The First Class - they do well in capturing as well as combat and can order the second class chasers, and they also train the Layman Amateurs

RANK 3 : The Second Class - the juniors of the first class who have passed the PACC Chaser examination, but their fighting/capture skills are lacking. They can go on both major and minor missions.

RANK 2 : The Layman Amatures - subordinates who are allowed to follow/shadow the first class and second class chasers on minor/small missions after passing the PACC Chaser examination.

RANK 1 : The Inept - beginners who are still in training and have taken but fail to pass the examination, or have not yet taken the examination. The Inept can choose to quit pursuing to be a Chaser and can choose to pursue another occupation to be employed in. "Inepts" are always at rank one in any profession, since they have the potential to succeed, but have not yet passed or chosen to enter a profession. Some Inepts who have failed multiple examinations in many professions are nicknamed and called "Droits," short for "Maladroit."

MALADROIT . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Maladroit = a synonym to inept, it means to be ineffective or clumsy. The word is used as a short negative explanation/diss as to why they keep failing examinations: because they are clumsy. The short, more commonly used version of Maladroit is droit. Example: He/She is a Maladroit. = He/She fails examinations because they are clumsy. Example: You Maladroit! = You clumsy failure who can't pass a single examination!

DROIT . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . is the short term for Maladroit, the term Droit can be used in relation / connotation as Maladroit. A Droit means a right, a claim, or a due, and is used in connection to Maladroit as a short negative explanation/diss to the ones who keep failing examinations: they need to pay their dues / claim their position already because they owe it to the ones who continue to teach them over and over again despite their failure. Example: Don't become a Droit. = Don't be someone who owes others because of their failures. Example: He/She is a Droit = He/She is a failure who owes people their time wasted teaching him/her.
