Axel

Axel stood there. The door was wide open but he didn't enter.

The teacher next to him taped his shoulder.

"Come on don't be shy. Enter."

She pushed him lightly and he entered the classroom.

The children immediately hurried towards their seats seeing the teacher arrive. They heard from their parents of scary strict teachers that hated disorder. Especially the teachers nurtured by the Conquerors.

They stood strait and silent on their desks. When they saw that the teacher was a pretty smiling middle aged woman they were relieved internally.

She brought Axel in the middle of the class and faced the children.

"Today we have a new student. He is from the Mother Base. He had to migrate here on Base A-2 due to familial reasons."

The whole classroom immediately got surprised. The kids were whispering to each other.

"What?! He's from the Mother Base? The Mother Base?!"

"He should be really rich!"

"Hmph! Conquerors! These monsters aren't welcome here."

"Look at his clothes. Aren't these military clothes? Why isn't he wearing the school uniform?!"

"Are you stupid? You're asking the wrong question there. Why is he even wearing military clothes we're just 15."

Variety of remarks were uttered from the children's mouth. Most of these children were basically non-humans. They did have a body similar to the humans but the children of Base A-2 were of the Lightning-horned race.

The rest were humans but they were the previous slaves of the Lightning-horned race. Only humans born from Mother Base could be called Conquerors. The ones who weren't are immediately title humans and were viewed with distain. They were the same as the Lightning-horned races in their eyes.

Of course the Base A-2 wan't originally called Base-A2. It was called Holy Lightning-grounds before getting conquered by the conquerors.

Axel should start introducing himself but he was too lazy to get the children's attention.

The teacher frowned seeing the behavior of her students. She slightly raised her head and glared at them.

The children felt something was wrong as if something was trying to open up their skulls. They suddenly felt a pain in their heads.

All the students were painfully wailing while holding their heads.

Axel coldly looked at his classmates as they suffered. He didn't even bat an eye since he entered the classroom until now!

'Waves'

He knew that she used the Waves. A power only the humans could use and only accessible to the military.

The students only then calmed down when the effect of the "Waves" were slowly fading. This was the kind of teacher their parents warned them from.

"Discipline! Order! Conquest! These are our creed! I do not like children disrespecting these."

She arrogantly looked at all the non-human kids.

"Especially those who aren't like us."

She then clasped her hands and smiled warmly towards Axel.

"Come on little boy introduce yourself to your classmates."

Such change in attitude surprised the children. Axel only gave her a look before he started introducing himself.

He had always asked himself why everyone always gets freaked out whenever he introduces himself. He didn't really care. It was just a random thought that appeared. He didn't dwell on it for too long.

He looked at the children. No one knew were his gaze went but it appeared as if he was looking at everyone.

"I'm Axel Nightmare. Son of Baston Nightmare the 'Cold-blooded' and Kate Lint the 'The Eye'. I'm from Earth: the Mother Base, Home of Conquerors, Breeder of Champions, Bane of all races!"

He straightened his spine lifted up his head and hammered his fist on his heart.

"Discipline! Order! Conquest! That is our creed! The Conqueror's shall conquer! Conquest is our life! Tremble before the Conquerors!"

Axel actually looked fearsome and arrogant accompanied with his military clothes.

'This guy has a second name! A noble!'

'His parents has titles! They should be high ranked military soldiers!'

'So domineering and arrogant! He calls this an introduction?! He is pressuring us!'

'If their parents are nobles why are they in the military?!'

All the students were at the same time scared and disgusted by Axel's actions but they didn't dare voice out their opinions in fear of the teacher's punishment.

Little did they know that this was the introduction that the Nightmare family had to do in all introductions. He had always though that each family had their own way of introductions. This lead to many misunderstandings and also caused such situations to appear.

The teacher was all smiles seeing Axel performing the 'proper' Conqueror's introductions.

She looked at two boys sitting on the desk in front of her table and pointed her finger towards them.

"Both of you get of there." She coldly ordered the two Lightning-horned. The two boys horned slightly emitted a ray of lightning when they heard her. That was the characteristics of their races. Their emotions influenced their powers. The fear they felt caused the ray. If the individual is powerful enough, this could be used as a weapon.

The two boys hurriedly packed up and went to another empty desk in fear of experiencing the 'Waves' again.

The teacher pat Axel's head and brought him to his desk.

"Make yourself comfortable Axel. If there is anything you need, just tell me."

She headed to he table and sad down. She lazily took pressed a button on her watch and a blue screen appeared on the board.

"Ok kids let's get fast with introductions and start our lessons. I'm Jessica. I was sent by the Conqueror's Military to teach here."

She didn't want to be long in the talking so she immediately started her lessons. She flicked her palm and a 3d human body on the screen.

"As you see this is a human body" She sarcastic stated to them.

She closed her open palms and the picture zoomed on the head. The head became transparent and the brain could be viewed.

"The lessons I will be teaching are obviously only for humans because any other lifeforms doesn't have superior brains like us."

The original dwellers of the base sweared at her in their minds. She just insulted all of them but they didn't dare to retort.

"The human brain waves could be controlled. The combination of its control and its strength is what makes the brain waves more effective. These brain waves are very deadly but only specific humans could use it. It could disturb other's brain and harass them like what I did to you all earlier. It could also affect the surroundings but only geniuses could achieve that..."

The teacher continued explaining. Axel yawned. He didn't really need these lessons. He already knew about these at a very young age. If he wanted to, he could even brag about being more knowledgable than the teacher in this domain.

Although he couldn't affect the surroundings, he could indeed disturb other's mind within a certain range. Such exploit was very hard to achieve. Even the Conqueror's soldiers found it hard enough to feel the existence of the brain waves but Axel only at the age of 15 could achieve that. He was simply a genius.

He closed his eyes and started falling asleep. He was really exhausted. The trip till here took him 3 days. During these three days, they were occasionally attacked by rebel races. This was a trip of sleepless nights.

The teacher didn't even give him a look. It was clear that she could notice him but she didn't really care. She already knew his status and military rank. The students were all glaring at him but didn't dare voice out their opinions.

The class finally ended and Axel went outside. A silver flashy spaceship hovered on the school's parking lot. The other vehicles near it looked like garbage when compared to it.

A butler in black suit slowly approached Axel and bowed down.

"Greetings young master. Master is awaiting your arrival at home."

Axel emotionlessly nodded and headed to the spaceship. The butler silently followed him from behind and boarded in the ship.

Students and teachers were looking at the spaceship with glittery eyes.

"Look isn't that the insignia of the Conquerors?! To think I was amazed seeing such garbage!?"

A base dweller's teacher pointed at the ship."It isn't only the insignia of the Conquerors. Look! That's the insignia of the Nightmare family."

"Nightmare family?! You mean the Noble family that engages in the military despite being rich?!"

"Yeah! I heard they send their children to battlefield at young age."

"The current leader of the Nightmare family Baston Nightmare. I monster in sheep's clothing. He singlehandedly annihilated and conquered a base all alone without even batting an eyelid int the process. That's how he gained his title "Cold-blooded".

By the time he finished talking, the ship already levitated and took flight. Axel was took out a sword in the ship's room where he slept. This was his sword. The sword he was rewarded after he participated in the Lionhead's Base conquest when he was 10. He immediately rose in rank and went from Recruit to Sergeant. The ranks were from lowest to highest:

Recruit>Apprentice>Private>Corporal>Sergeant>Lieutenant>Captain>Major>Lieutenant Colonel>Colonel>Brigadier General>Major General>Lieutenant General>General

>Marshal>Commander in chief.

Axel has a squad of 20 men under him while his father is actually a General in command of a field army of 150,000 men.

This sword is very special to Axel. This the only gift he has received since the day he stepped on earth. Even though hit was only a reward, it is still something that was given to him.

He sat down and wiped the sword with a clean cloth. This is what he usually does when he isn't training or when he isn't in the battlefield.

He peacefully sat there cleaning his swords the spaceship shot like a sword towards his mansion.
