Tier and rank basically work like this:

Tier is how strong that certain thing is within that class like a World Class SS tier sword is stronger then a World Class S tier sword. Although no matter what tier something is it isn't as strong as the class above it.

Tier and Rank are used mainly for spells and items.

Rarity:

Outer grade

Existence grade

Mythical grade

Legendary grade

Epic grade

Rare grade

Uncommon grade

Common grade

These are used for items only

The Race system:

Human

Elf

Ogre

Undead

Demon

Vampire

Goblin

Giant

Creatures of the Sea

Spirits

Insect

Dwarf

For each race there is sub classes (like for elf there would be dark elf and high elf) but they will be discovered as the story goes and that's if I bother to put some effort in.

Battle Base System:
