"Theo?"

"Theo!"

Arg… Theo groaned. His head throbbed more than usual.

"What?" He couldn't talk properly.

His eyes weren't opening. It took a lot just trying to open them.

Registering what was near him was a different story.

One minute, then two- then ten.

He just couldn't stay awake.

And he couldn't process the words coming at him either.

Someone was talking.

Someone was saying things.

But he just couldn't stay awake.

Everything felt gibberish.

And then-

"WHOAH!!"

He let out breaths like a steam engine.

It was almost like his heart had jumpstarted or something.

Actually, whatever it was, it hurt!

"Sorry to wake you like that but you weren't waking up."

A bit of burnt smell lingered.

"And that's why you zapped me?" Theo grimaced, before taking a look around him.

John and Voli were here. Sizzy was also here near the door while Skully was sleeping soundly next to him.

Theo's head still hurt and so did his chest.
