As an initial review to support the author, It was a good read, set in a world were everything is set out to kill our female protagonists. Writing quality: The descriptions are pretty solid, the way how it unfurls every scene is dynamic, it gives some sort of imagery. Now for the criticism, the first few chapters are hard to read, the sentences feel incomplete and there is no sense of space to tell where the scene is happening. For example, the "chandelier sways to and fro, dust on books, etc.." I think the author should add where it is happening like this, "above me the chandelier sways to and fro, found on the sides of the room were dusty books " or something like that, it would make your writing more fluid. Story develoment: This one I give 5 stars, there is a sense of thrill and dangers as they ride across the town, the ambience is gritty and heart wrenching. It gives a sense of dread upon the readers as they encounter baddy guys every chapters. Character design: Okay this one is okay, some satisfying descriptions and their conversation is more natural and they give way to their development despite being amnesiac. Background: The background is perhaps the strongest part on this book, the environment and the atmosphere is well detailed, you can feel it in your skin how the protagonist are feeling. The author is also good at projecting a threatening imagery. But for the flaws, the lacking in fluidity ruins my immersion as from what I mentioned above. Regardless, keep on writing author, I give this 4.4.
