4 |The prophecy|

"High Saintess, this is where the oracles professed that our Lord would descend for a world-shaking announcement," The old man to her right said.

She nodded lightly in response and stood there looking towards the top of the shrine. Her eyes were cold and dead like a sea without waves or an ocean without currents. The old men were arch-priests and this alone proved her position. The trio stood in wait as Mir turned back to Neffius.

"You called them? I really wasn't planning anything you know? plus even if you brought your saintess here I wouldn't have much trouble handling her."

"Tsk.. quit your boasting I sent word for them to come here as soon as I accepted your offer. I have private matters to address so you can be on your way Mir..."Neffius retorted before his projection melded back into the puddle and as if it was never there, to begin with, the puddle disappeared. Mir laughed a little, then he turned and walked out of the area very swiftly seeing as he had things to do. He paused next to the saintess and seemed to want to fight her, but a cold north wind made him realize it would be a bother, so he left. The interaction was not noticed by even a single person present nor did anyone note their exit.

--------

After what seemed like hours, the praying believers of the sea god started to collapse one after another. The saintess noticed the first person fall unconscious and instead of displaying worry that a superior would for her subordinates. She gave a small smile because this marked descendence.

" Leave ", she said.

This single world left the arch-priests shivering in fear a little and before they realized it they were walking out of the gates against their wills. Soon after they were outside of the shrine, while the fog in the area thickened. The sea god's voice fell on the ears of the saintess.

"There is a rogue branch of the Massacre region's church in our territory... I want you to handle them before their actions go any further, also you have a year to gather our young geniuses and make them bishops. There will be a large show of force in the Massacre region. I don't want them looking down on us.. do not disappoint..."

The voice faded very quickly. He said only what needed to be said and did not bother to further explain anything to the saintess. Regardless, the saintess did not seem angered and it seemed like she was used to the treatment from her lord. She turned and walked out of the shrine grounds to regroup with the two old men as the collapsed followers got up from their blacked-out states. The fog faded and soon the day was as bright and clear as it was at the start.

--

However, Fifty miles to the north of the Capital City Amethyst a storm was brewing. Within the heart of the northern forests, Rain hammered down onto the trees and cut into the shrubbery. This area was littered with walls upon walls of vibrant plant life and animals that thrive in the north. However, right now it didn't seem to hold much activity because of the massive storm above. There was nothing but silence once the thunder ended and lightning finished its barrages, but many trees would be left on the ground or lit ablaze. The wildlife scattered and cowered in their own dwellings for safety and comfort seeing as they haven't witnessed a storm this bad before. The flora was left in disarray and if they knew any better they would think the world was coming to an end with such a natural disaster.
