48 Chapter 47: Stunning Changes

''Kudo Mansion. Shinichi Kudo speaking...'' Conan says, awaiting the caller's answer.

With his voice devoid of his natural confidence Heiji says. ''Hey Shinichi. It's me, Heiji Hattori... I know we aren't ever mending to become friends, but maybe we can become frenemies.''

''I would like that...'' Conan says, remembering his best friends from back in his old life. Remembering his frenemy François-Marie Arouet aka Voltaire and his friend Charles-Joseph Lamoral, the Seventh Prince of France, he internally longs for the friendly companionship no woman can ever give him, as brothers in conquest and war do. ''... but Heiji I don't believe you only call me just because you want to make friends...''

Hearing a muffled humpf, Conan demands. ''... Now tell me what is it you need my help with?''

''Okay, okay...'' Heiji finally concedes telling Conan. ''... It is about Kazuha, my childhood friend. She was taken by the Yakuza. As you may know, her family has a grocery store chain...''

A bit irritated by the fact, that he indeed doesn't know that from the manga, Conan says. ''Yes, I do. Go on.''

''Yes, well... they owed money to some Sōkaiya. Since the protection fees kept on coming to the depth kept increasing until they took Kazuha yesterday. Now they extort money by blackmailing the Toyamas by threatening to publicly humiliate them if the debt isn't paid on time.'' Explains Heiji, sounding desperate.

Frowning Conan states the obvious. ''Well then... why not simply pay off the debt, get Kazuha back and then go to the police.''

Laughing Heiji says. ''Ahaha... great minds think alike... I already tried that. I even went to the Yakuza to pay off all the dept out of own pocket. Do you know what they told me?''

''You know I can not read minds!'' -Not over the phone anyway!-

Sounding even more desperate he further explains. ''They told me the debt was already paid off by some organization. The Yakuza sold Kazuha!... Any idea what I can do next? I mean not only the Yakuza have any information about them... I have to know I bribed nearly every member.''

Curious about what the guy might have discovered on his own, Conan asks. ''Do you have any leads left?''

''There is one, but I don't know if I can trust it...'' Heiji says, sounding very unsure of himself. ''... There was this American that contacted me. A woman by the name of Jodie Starling.''

- Jodie Starling, the FBI agent whose parents were killed by Vermouth?!- Remembering the woman's character Conan instantly knows that the organization that bought Kazuha is the same one he is fighting. Not wanting to lose this new frenemy of his he tries to talk Heiji down from acting irrationally for a large portion of the night.

The same night Conan spends talking to Heiji, Sonoko has her own little crisis. Having done her best to avoid infection by self-medicating on some antibiotics, the former high school student turned rape victim and now a cold-blooded serial killer finds some isotonic refreshments in a fridge.

Being able to walk again, Sonoko finds some hair dye on one of the shelves. Thinking that changing her hair color might be a great way to sneak up on her next target, she takes the first dye she finds and drags herself into the employee bathroom of the pharmacy. Looking like the crossbreed between a hooker and a zombie, she instantly starts cleaning her face.

Before starting to dye her hair, Sonoko decides to first cut her hair. Using a crude scissor from one of the first aid kids, she chops away on her hair. After successfully concluding changing her hairstyle, she is surprised how much she looks like the superhero Black Widow, with her now white/blonde hair color and choppy hairstyle.

Thinking about it, Sonoko reminds herself, that she is much better than that superhero, as she for one has an actual superpower. After cleaning up the pharmacy as good as she can, she teleports herself to the nearest sports closing store. Continuing her original style of practical clothing, Sonoko fills a sports bag with white t-shirts and tank tops, green army pants, combat boots, adding some socks and underwear into the mix and leaving the place for her next stop. Just when she is about to teleport way, she finds an exquisite white dress, befitting a European empress.

Sticking the dress into her bag, Sonoko teleports to the closest Gun shop. Being low on ammunition and firepower, she needs to refill her inventory and upgrade her firepower, as her next target will have inevitable upgraded their security.

Feeling much better, Sonoko arrives right behind the Gun shops counter. The first thing that catches her eye there is a shiny new Machine pistol. After reading its label stating HK MP7A1, she upgrades the weapon with a suppressor, extended magazine and Elcan reflex sight.

Looking proudly at her new toy, something else attracts her attention. The center of her attention is huge Battle rifle checking the label, it even seems to be made by the same manufacturer as her MP. This gun, named HK417, Sonoko also intents to upgrade. Equipping it not only with a fitting silencer and optical sights but also a bipod to make it not only a great choice for an assault but also sniping.

Having stacked up on guns and fitting ammunition and magazines, just when she is about to leave the shop via teleport, Sonoko spots a white Oni mask hanging on a rack near the entrance. Taking the mask, she teleports away, leaving no evidence she ever was in the shop in the first place aside from the now missing merchandise.

The next morning after the night of Sonokos stunning transformation, Ran, Erin, and Sato get mentally ready to undergo a transformation of their own, as today is the day they would get superpowers. Especially Sato is pumped for the day, after spending her first night in the Kudo mention. She is very much impressed by the harmony that seems to be between everyone, especially in between her and her new sisters, as despite sharing one lover no feelings of jealousy or dispute seem to take place between them. In actual fact, most of the time the woman tend to stick together and openly oppose some of Conan's more radical ideas.

With Yusaku Kudo in the house, they all refrained from any nightly activities. Having the old man housed in the guest room, the same room Sonoko occupied before leaving, it would have just been awkward for everyone to have sex while the man was pining over the loss of his wife.

Wakening early in the morning in the nude like everybody else, Sato is surprised to find Erin already gone. Finding herself now directly facing Conan, a shy faint blush sneaks into her cheeks, as she is once again captivated by his body. Having gone over the initial shock, that her lover indeed is a physically seven-year-old, who thanks to APTX drugs can change his shape, she still can not believe his cook's size. Seeing his morning wood stand up proudly, Sato cannot resist the instinct to smack her lips in anticipation.

Already daydreaming, she is rudely pulled back into reality, as she hears the shower running in the bathroom. Getting out of bad, Sato decides to join Erin under the shower. Aside from having fallen in love with Conan, she has also developed a deep emotional connection with the tough lawyer, even up to the point, that she feels totally comfortable showering with her.

Walking into the bathroom Sato is instantly greeted by warm, cloudy air and a naked Erin, shaving off her body hair, from the eyebrows down.

Noticing her friend, Erin said. ''Good morning! How are you? Sleeping was okay?''

Mesmerized by Erins mature beauty, Sato questions for a moment her sexual orientation before saying. ''Good morning to you, too. I feel fine, never believed that sleeping in one bed with so many people would be so...''

''Liberating?...'' Asks Erin, while saving off her pubic hair, before seeing Satos dazed nod. Smirking the lawyer explains. ''... You and I both know that we are older than the other two. We might not be able to compete with them in terms of stamina, but we are high above them in terms of grooming experience. I advise you to shave off that beard down there, too. Conan always loses a bit of control when he pounds a hair free pussy. I guarantee you-you would want that.''

Blushing, Sato follows Erins advice and shaves, totally stunned by her transformation.
