31 Chapter 30: Cooperation with officer Sato

Smirking while rearranging her makeup and putting back on her clothes, Erin saunters down the stairs. Looking into the dining room she sees Emanuel put way the dishes. Nothing at the man, Erin earns herself an honest smile from the man.

While Conan, Ran, and Sonoko are taping the 'Impregnation session' Erin walks down into the basement to find Ai. Having learned of the woman's stubborn nature, she knows that convincing the woman of anything is most likely impossible. Having seen Ai outright refusing to let Sonoko become one of them, Erin knows that it will take very much convincing on her end to get the girl to accept Sato, whom Erin very much likes.

She not only wants the police officer to join them as a precaution measure but also to have a conversant near her own age. Ran having Ai and Sonoko, only showed her how much she herself craves something like that. Stepping into the laboratory, Erin is still impressed by all the work that has gone into remodeling just this wine cellar. All kinds of machinery, flask, burner, and rare elements are lining the walls and fill the room.

Walking around she finds Ai transformed back into her mature form, Shiho sitting in a secluded section of the lab, right in front of a wall of monitors. Finding the girl turned woman totally adorable, Erin smiles while getting closer to her.

''What are you working on?'' She asks, totally surprising the scientist.

Shaking off her surprise, Ai, now Shiho says. ''Three projects at once. This is brutal! I wish we could get some lab assistant to lower my workload.''

Smiling, knowing that she now has an opening, Erin asks. ''What three projects? Tell me about it!''

Taking a deep breath Shiho explains. ''I am currently working on APTX 5001, the main problem here is that I am at the moment unable to hard cap the steady power increase. Then there is this 'Blacklist' that Conan asked me to create, showing all the names of the man that raped Sonoko.''

''And the third one?'' Asks Erin, knowing that Shiho is trying to not disclose her third research project.

Blushing Shiho begins to fiddle around with her pendant. Just like Erins white and Rans black one, hers too was created by Agasa containing a tracker and walkie-talkie, the only difference the leather strap of hers is a girlish pink and the coin shows the number '3'.

Stopping herself from blushing and fiddling Erin explains the matter of fact. ''I am working on an alternative IUD, not interfering with powers given by APTX drugs.''

''What kind of interfering?'' Asks Erin, not really understanding what Shiho is implying.

Blushing Shiho explains. ''You know when I transform into Ai, my body becomes smaller. Common IUDs don't shrink... You know what I mean?''

Understanding dawning on her Erin blushes herself, realization hitting her. So she exclaims. ''So that is the reason why you still having had sex with Conan!''

''Shush! Not so loud!...'' Scolds Shiho the milf. ''... With me sometimes transforming at random, what do you think a pregnancy would look like?!''

Thinking that she seeks confirmation and asks. ''Is you not having had sex with Conan the reason why you didn't want Sonoko to join in?''

Seeing Shiho blushing while empathic shaking her head is all Erin needs to know.

Thinking about Sato, Erin starts campaigning for her inclusion into the harem with Ai, while Ai mostly ignores her, while finishing Conan's Blacklist.

While Erin and Shio are discussing Santos and by default Sonokos inclusion, Conan, Ran and Sonoko are wrapping up taping the 'Impregnation Session'. Despite having tasted Sonkos goods, Conan regrets not having the girl join his harem.

-As long as Ai is still against it. I can do nothing about it.- He thinks while throwing the positive pregnancy test into the nearest trash bin.

''Can I do anything to make what you did for Sonoko up to you?'' Asks Ran, instinctively knowing that it pains him not being able to keep Sonoko.

''No, I guess there is nothing you could do...'' States Conan squeezing Rans hands still hugging him from behind.

''... if only...'' Conan says, thinking that if he was able to have his last life body everything would be different.

''THUD!'' Is the sound of the titanium magic cube suddenly hitting the floor motionless, the moment Conan has a sudden epiphany. Remembering a backhanded comment made by his homeroom teacher Miss Wakasa about physic, stating that 'energy and mass/ matter are interchangeable', Conan puts that statement to the test.

Channeling his mental power into his body, he develops the power to create illusions. Using it on himself he is able to slowly recreate a version of his last lives body on top of his current one. Looking into the bedroom mirror, it just looks weird.

Not that his old now partly illusionary body is anything other than pure Italian male perfection, but Ran is still hugging his small childish frame inside of it. Seeing the mirror's reflection, it looks like Ran is hugging his feed, in some angle, it even looks like she had merged with his body.

Freeing himself out of Rans embrace Conan ends the illustration. Having his head now clear once again, he starts dressing. Being baffled by what just happened, Ran just looks at her boyfriend in adoration, happy that her future husband had developed a new usage of his ability.

Being dressed once again, Conan returns to Erins home office where he left his tablet computer. The tablet in hand, Conan decides to use his new influence over some of the organization's companies, to pinpoint the location of the local drug operation.

-If I can bust the company for producing drugs their stock price will plummet and I will be able to buy out the company very cheep.- Conan thinks, considering cooperation with officer Sato to bust the company.
