Commanding System

There are five built-in systems that control the world System of Life, System Creation. System of Life judges whether a baby will be born a Commander or a Follower. A Commanders can command the system and Followers by instinct they follow a commander. And the Monarch is the only one that can command another commander. They bring peace to the world, but sense the last Monarch went missing on the year 2078. As the Monarch, I have to fix the world from forty years of corruption. I don't have the memories of the past Monarchs. So I'm going around the world to dig up their past. Because the second Monarch said that it is vital to know the memories of the past Monarchs so history won't repeat itself.
