9 MISSING YOU

It was two days since the last time Alex saw Blythe. She can't bare the agony inside of her for not seeing Blythe. She was on the counter thinking of her. She's done with all the chores; Ren wasn't there. Ren needed to attend an emergency; some personal stuff. Luckily, there's still no customer early in the morning for she had time doing their opening routine that Ren usually do.

For the past two days Blythe break her usual routine to have some fun before her bestfriend leave the country; leave her again. They went to the mall, try new things, new food, played arcade, something to make Izza happy before she leaves, they even do massage and spa, facial and beauty stuff that she doesn't usually do.

Blythe was on her car, driving. She was trying so hard not to look sad. She's driving Izza to the airport. Today Izza will leave her again. She will miss her. She was on her deep thoughts when Izza broke the silence.

"Hey, Summy!", Izza said smiling.

"Yes?", Blthe said keeping her eyes on the road.

"I know you are sad, Summy. You do not need to hide it from me. Look you can't even look at me.", Izza said while trying to tilt Blythe's head on her angle. "I'll miss you too. But promise I'll be back. Thank you for making me happy on my whole stay here. I will surely miss everything we did."

"I know. I will miss you so much Izh. Just be careful there and don't forget that you are always welcome here."

"I know. And I'm so thankful for you and Tita. Please tell her that.", Izza said teary eyed.

"Yeah, I will.", Blythe replied trying not to cry.

Couple of minutes later they reached the airport. They said their final goodbyes with a long-tight hug. Blythe let Izza fully entered the departure area first before she went back on her car. She will surely miss her bestfriend.

Blythe was on her car driving when she feels hungry. She looked at her watch and she saw it's still nine in the morning. She woke up so early to get ready and to drive Izza to the airport. That means she had a Super early breakfast and now her tummy calling for a snack. She decided to just drop by on the Cup of Love Café to eat. She missed the place. And the place always makes her at peace.

It was eleven in the morning when suddenly a group of friends entered the Café. Dealing with the order will be hard because Ren wasn't still around. Alex was the only one that will entertain the orders and do the drinks for eight people.

"Gosh! Ren I need you here." , Alex thought.

After taking the slices of cakes ordered by the group she almost run back to the counter to make the drinks. She's on her way back when she heard the voice talking.

"Do you need a hand?" Blythe said.

Alex was shocked that Blythe was infront of her offering some help. She stares Blythe for a couple of seconds.

"Hey! I mean I know you don't know me but. . ." Blythe didn't finished her sentence when Alex replied.

"Of course I know you. . I mean I don't know your name but I remember you." Alex said.

"Oh yeah! By the way I'm Blythe." , she smiled at her.

"Oh gosh what a smile!", Alex thought on her head.

"I'm Alex!", Alex offered her hands.

"Damn! That was soft", Alex thought again while staring at her.

"Yeah! The Boss!", Blythe said enthusiastically.

"How did you know?" Alex asked.

"The other girl with you last time. The one taking orders. She told me."

"Oh. . .Ren!", Alex said.

"Hey can we please follow up our drinks" one of the customer said.

"Oh shoot I almost forgot!", Alex whispered.

"Yes Miss! I'm sorry for the delay." Alex said.

"I guess you really need me, huh. So would accept my offer?." Blythe said smiling at her.

"Yeah I really need you. . Ah. . I mean. . AH! yeah! your help! I need your help!", Alex stuttered.

"Okay! Let's do this then.", Blythe said enthusiastically.

Blythe took the last drink to the table. They can now take time. She's on the counter when her tummy growls. Alex heard they looked at each other and laughed.

"I forgot I was hungry when I saw you and you needed help. And now. . . My tummy reminded me of why I'm here.", Blythe said almost laughing.

"Thank you for the help. Hey! What do you want? It's on the house since I owe you one.", Alex said happily.

"I'm okay with the usual."

"Are you sure you don't wanna try something you new?", Alex replied. "Oh It's almost lunch time too. Would you stay at the counter I'll just prepare us some lunch. It will be quick!"

"Are you sure? I mean I can . .", Blythe didn't finish what she's saying.

"No no. Stay here I'll make you lunch.", Alex said rushing.

She was on the back with her little kitchen space. She opened the ref and get what she needed. Her phone beeps. It was Ren texting "I'm here. Do you want me in? I saw you with that girl. Do you need some space or what?haha"

"Stupid. You need to come in! We are having lunch. Im cooking!", Alex replied and kept the phone away.

Twenty minutes later.

She's done with the cooking. She went back on the counter and saw Blythe with Ren talking.

"Hey! The food is ready we can eat!", Alex said.

They both looked at Alex direction. Ren looked at Alex with a teasing eyes.
