8 Seventh Color

It was currently the weekends and I have absolutely no idea how I got here.

I was currently in front of a huge mall with Pallas beside me with stars in her eyes.

What's more was that she even made me drive with my car, isn't this girl a bit too forceful?

"Let's go Athena!" said Pallas.

"Alright, alright. There's no need to rush."

The moment we went in, Pallas immediately rushed to a nearby shop.

I followed her but it was quite hard, she was quite fast.

"Don't run off like that."

"Gomen~ But look! Isn't this puppy really cute?"

I took a peek at the small fluffy dog and indeed, it's pretty cute.

"It is but do you want to spend your entire time here looking at a puppy?"

"Of course not! Let's go!" said Pallas.

She started dragging me to who knows where.

When we finally came to a stop, we were in front of a watch store.

"You're not planning to buy one of these watches right?" I asked.

One of these watches were nearly a few thousand dollars, this was literally a scam.

"Nope, I just want to take a look at it because they look cool." said Pallas.

Of course. Before I could even sigh, she already dragged me somewhere else.

"I can walk fine on my own ya know?"

"But you're slow, you're only fast in your car." said Pallas.

That struck a blow to my heart, it wasn't because of the insult, but because it was the truth.

Even if I did do jogs every morning, I would never have the energy to walk or run in different places.

It was simply too much for me.

Our next stop was the clothing store.

"Isn't this cute?!" exclaimed Pallas.

She pulled out a hoodie with some stickers on it, yet I have no idea what color it is.

All I see is white after all but I couldn't let Pallas know that.

"Yes it is, are you going to get that?" I asked.

"Of course." said Pallas.

We spent an hour in the clothing store and I was holding 3 bags.

One bad contained of hoodies, another bag had jackets, and the last bag had pants.

The total cost was about seven hundred dollars, where did she even get the money from?

Plus, why is she making me hold the bag?

"Why am I holding the bags instead of you?" I asked.

"Because you're stronger than me." replied Pallas.

"So....what's your point? You're just making me slower." I said.

Pallas stopped and decided to think.

I could tell she was having a battle in her head to decide whether or not I should hold the bag or not.

"It's fine, I'll just drag you." said Pallas.

Sigh, I should've expected this answer.

We started walking around the mall when I tasted some metallic liquid in my mouth. Taking a napkin out of my picket, I pressed it onto my tongue and blood appeared on the napkin.

"Pallas, I'm going to use the restroom real quick." I said.

"Okay~ Do you know where the restroom even is?" asked Pallas.

"Nope."

"Turn right after you pass that shop and walk forward." said Pallas.

She memorized this entire mall?

"I'll go shopping in the mean time, just call when you're finished." said Pallas.

I nodded in reply and gave her the bags.

The moment I knew I was out of her sight, I let myself cough.

Placing the napkin over my mouth, more and more blood was appearing.

I ran into the bathroom receiving a few looks from people.

Going into a stall, I swallowed the pills to help me and swallowed it with water.

Immediately after swallowing the medicine, I felt better.

Though it wasn't my health that got better, it was only made to make me feel better.

I leaned against the door and took a few deep breaths.

There was no way to tell how much days I had left.

I walked out of the bathroom and right before I was about to call Pallas, she was already waiting for me at the benches.

"What took you so long? I had already finished." said Pallas.

"Who knows? I just wanted to take a little longer." I replied.

"Hmpf, there is one more place I want to go." said Pallas.

"Where's that?" I asked.

"It's a surprise~" teased Pallas.

Sigh, let's just hope gas money will have a discount.

.

.

We were currently on top of the mountain staring at the sunset.

"So how is it?" asked Pallas.

"It's not bad." I replied.

"Jeez, that's all you have to say? I spent so much time researching this place too!" said Pallas.

I smiled, the fact that she researched this place just for me made me happy.

Colors entered my vision again.

The yellow sun was slowly turning darker as it sets, Pallas's white hair flowing with the wind, mixed with the cotton candy like sky.

It was truly something out of a romance novel.

"I didn't bring you up here to stare at me." said Pallas poking my cheeks.

The colors faded as everything went white again.

"Sorry, you were just too pretty." I replied.

Pallas turned red and looked away instantly.

"Don't go saying something like that out of nowhere!"

"Gomen, gomen. But thank you for bringing me out here today." I said.

"Your welcome~" replied Pallas.

As we stared at the sunset, I felt a pair of arms around my waist.

"I wish we could stay like this forever." said Pallas.

A loud truck came by as I muttered a I'm sorry.

I really wished we could stay like this forever too.
