6 Fifth Color

It's been a couple days since Pallas had slept over at Athena's, currently Athena was in a tiny crisis.

She didn't know what to wear at the moment, she's never dealt with something like this.

(Flashback Yesterday)

It was a regular weekend morning for Athena went her doorbell rang.

'Hmm? I was sure I didn't order anything.' thought Athena.

This was the first time in a while her doorbell had rung, she was quite confused on who could it be.

But when she opened the door, everything made sense.

"What do you need this early in the morning Pallas?" asked Athena.

"U-uhm." stuttered Pallas.

Pallas was currently bright red at the moment, one would think she was sick.

"Are you okay?" asked Athena.

"GO ON A DATE WITH ME!" said Pallas.

Then she took off and put a letter in my hands, seriously it's just a date.

Isn't it normal between girls?

Heading back into her living room, she opened the letter.

「 Go on a date with me! Tomorrow 11 at night, pick me up at my apartment!」

Isn't this a little bit too vague? Plus, she didn't even state here were we even going.

(Flashback End)

And that brings us back here, what could she possibly wear on a date at 11 at night?

It sure was going to be cold so she chose to wear something warm, a hoodie with sweatpants.

She started up her car and made her way towards Pallas's house. It was a 10 minute drive because her house is a mansion and it's located pretty far from her apartment, luckily she had a car which made it easier

When she arrived, Pallas was also in a warm casual clothing and was walking towards her car.

"Did I make you wait long?" asked Athena once Pallas got into her car.

"Nope, I just came out." said Pallas.

"Mind telling me where we're going?" asked Athena.

"I'll give you the directions, don't ask." said Pallas.

.

.

"What's this?" asked Athena.

"What? It's our date." said Pallas.

"No, it's the Hakone Hill Climb. I don't know if this was what you could call a date." said Athena,

Not like she has ever been on a date, but she had a few ideas.

"It is, ever since the event at the highway. I got into cars and there was this thing I discovered called drifting and it seemed really cool." said Pallas.

".." Athena deadpanned her.

"You don't know how to drift?" asked Pallas.

"I do but, what's with the huge bag?" asked Athena.

"I did some research on your car and I found out that we could pull back the chairs and make a makeshift bed so I brought food, blankets, and pillows." said Pallas.

"Just what are you thinking?" asked Athena.

"You." replied Pallas with a smirk.

"Whatever, since you wanted this. Try not to throw up." said Athena.

All Pallas replied was with a thumbs up and several plastic bags.

Athena could only sigh.

Once she entered the downhill mountain, she sped up. She had to be careful since it was dark out and it was quite dangerous. Right when she entered the first corner, she used a full throttle to produce a heavy over steer through the turn. Luckily her car had over 1500 horsepower so it was quite easy for her.

Pulling the hand brake, she set her car back into it's regular motion. Entering another corner, she performed a clutch kick mid drift to jolt pass the corner allowing her to accelerate faster.

After a few easy corners, a difficult one came in but this was something Athena had the skill to do. She rocked the car towards the outside then using the rebound of grip to throw the car back into the normal cornering direction making her pass the corner with ease.

Soon enough, she was reaching the last corner, Athena decided to have some fun.

"Sit tight." She told Pallas.

Athena entered the high speed corner, lifting her foot off the bottle with a quick motion to induce a mild over steer and balance the drift through steering and throttle motions.

Just like that, Athena had cleared the Hakone Hill Climb with ease.

"So how was it?" Athena asked.

"Haha~That was amazing!" cheered Pallas.

Different colors filled Athena's vision again. Pallas's white hair was glowing and her black eyes were shining matching with the stars in the night sky. There was a pink and red atmosphere.

"Hello?~ You're staring too much." said Pallas poking Athena's cheeks.

"Sorry." said Athena.

"It's okay, I know I'm too pretty." said Pallas with a smile.

Athena could only deadpan her.

"So? What's the plan now?" asked Athena as she parked her car in an empty spot.

"What else? Eat then sleep of course." said Pallas.

She pulled out a few snacks and 2 bentos for them to share.

.

.

Athena and Pallas had already finished their foods and was currently laying on their makeshift car.

"The stars are pretty tonight." said Pallas.

Athena could only stay silent, after all she could only see white.

"They are." replied Athena.

Maybe one day, I'll be able able to see all the colors of the world with Pallas.

Ever since Pallas came into her life, there were only good things happening.

But not all good things stay...
