The Beginning Ep 1 S1

Mom and Dad are tucking 5 year old Benjamin and Alissa to bed. Mom says "Should we tell them?"

Dad responds "I think it's for the best to not tell them yet."

-Camera zooms to Benjamin and Alissa's wrists-

10 Years Later

-Split screen- -Alarm goes off- Benjamin and Alissa are in bed. Both get up to brush their teeth.

Mom yells "Food is ready!". Both say "Coming!"

Both start changing their clothes. Benjamin is going down stairs and all of a sudden stops and sees a weird light coming out of his dad's office. He starts slowly walking to the door until his dad opens the door. Dad tells him "You should go eat breakfast, you're going to be late to school."

Benjamin says "Yea". Benjamin goes to the kitchen.

Mom says "Breakfast is already served at the table, it's getting cold."

Benjamin says "Thanks". He sits down and starts eating. Mom asked him "Where is Alissa?"

He responds "She is changing."

Alissa arrives in the kitchen. She says "I am here��

Mom says "Eat your breakfast, it's getting cold and you guys are going to be late for school."

Alissa says "Okay".

Both are done eating breakfast and get up and say goodbye to their parents. ---------------------------------------------------They are both walking down the street on their way to school. Benjamin tells her "Hey Alissa, I need to tell you something". Alissa responds " What is it?"

Benjamin says " I saw this weird light coming out of our dad's office." Alissa says" Maybe your just seeing things"

They both keep walking.

-School bell rings- They both arrive at school and get to their classes. Alissa enters her classroom.

Ms. Willson tells her "Sit down, your late"

Alissa sits down but drops all her journals. She tries to grab them but a boy next to her helps her. The boy notices the mark in her wrist.

Alissa says "Thank you". He says "No problem, I like your tat". Alissa says "It's not a tat, it's something I was born with". He says "Oh that's cool, what's your name?"

Alissa responds "I am Alissa Porter, what's your name?". He responds "I am Jack Barrel". Alissa says "Well nice to meet you Jack."

Class starts

---------------------------------------------------Benjamin is in class thinking about what happened earlier at home. A girl approaches him and says "Is someone using this seat?". Benjamin says "No, You can sit there". The girl says "What's wrong?"

Benjamin responds "No, it's nothing just something that happened earlier". The girl says "Do you mind me asking what happened?". Benjamin tells her "I just saw this weird light coming out of my dad's office, I just don't know what it is". The girl says "That's weird but don't think of it to much"

Benjamin says "Yea your right, what's your name by the way?". The girl says "I am Olivia Barrel, what's your name?". Benjamin says "I am Benjamin Porter". Olivia says "That's a nice name Porter."

The bell rings, class ends ---------------------------------------------------Benjamin and Alissa are outside of school about to walk home when Jack approaches Alissa. Jack says "Alissa wait!". Alissa turns around and says "Yea?". Jack says "I just wanted to let you know that there is a party later today at my house, you should come.". Alissa says "Sure". Jack says"Pick you up at 7:00?". Alissa says "Yea sure". Alissa and Jack exchange numbers and wave goodbye.

Benjamin tells Alissa "Are you really about to go to that party? Our dad is going to flip out". Alissa says "I might go". Benjamin says "Mhm" ---------------------------------------------------

It's 6:00 o'clock and Alissa is still thinking about going to that party. Alissa checks her phone and sees a text from Jack. Jack texted "You ready for me to come pick you up at 7:00?. Alissa text back and says "Yes I'm ready". She changes and goes downstairs to the living room where Benjamin is at.

Benjamin says "Are you really going to the party?"

Alissa says "Yea but I won't be gone for long. Benjamin says "I am just wondering what's the dude's name who is coming to pick you up?"

Alissa says "Oh his name is Jack Barrel". Benjamin says "Barrel??". Alissa says "Yea why?". Benjamin says "It's just that I met this girl in my class named Olivia Barrel". Alissa says "I'm pretty sure that's his sister". Then there's a knock on the door. Alissa says "I think that's Jack, let me go answer". Alissa walks to the door and opens it. Jack says "Hey, are you ready?". Alissa says "Yep, bye I will be home soon". Benjamin says "Okay"

The door closes
