"Ivy.."

Leo started saying but was immediately cut off by Ivy who glared at him and told him,

"Shut up, I will deal with you later.''

Looking towards the driver, she told him,

"Back to the base camp."

The driver, after getting his instruction nodded and started the engine and took off driving.

Meanwhile, Leo sat there at the back seat with Ivy as he tried to calm down and figure out what the hell was happening around him.

Finishing telling the others about how he came to know about the truth Ivy was hiding,

Leo looked around the room and was met with different faces.

Some of them had a skeptical look but the look which scared him the most was from his own brother.

Instead of feeling scared all of a sudden abut how his brother will scold him,

Leo instead felt scared about how he had let down the trust his brother had in him.

Damon sat there still, looking at nothing in particular and only after sorting out his emotions did he speak.

"Are you clean now?"

When everyone else heard the question, they knew it was only for Leo.

"Yes"

Leo replied.

"After Ivy took me back to the camp, she gave me an hour of lecture before shipping my sorry ass off to Hawaii where she got me into a rehab centre controlled by the army.

It was there that I got some information about her."

Leo told them,

"So what did you learn?"

Oliver asked with great interest to know about his friend's wife, who was, in reality, an undercover soldier.

"Umm... that she had a high rank in the military and had continued someone else's mission."

"Someone else's?"

Roy asked,

"Yep, I heard that this mission belonged to someone else, but Ivy took it after that person either died or retired."

Leo told them with confidence as he had learned this after eavesdropping into a conversation between some other soldiers,

''I learnt that Ivy had joined the army real early around when she was sixteen years old and also had a record in the entire army for completing her course in the shortest time possible.''

"What else do you know?"

Oliver asked him,

"Umm... nothing more than this, those people at the rehab didn't talk all that much."

"Then how did you get to know all this?"

A confused Jack asked,

"Haha well, I heard them when they were talking about Ivy and me."

At this point of time, Damon asked,

"Were all those messages sent by you or were they sent by others?"

He asked, referring to the messages his family received from Leo occasionally.

"They were sent by me only."

Leo told them strongly,

''I was the one who dictated them what to write, and they typed for me.''

At this, a surprised Roy asked,

"They do that for all the druggies?"

"No they don't, but because I was sent there by Ivy, they treated me very well. I was always informed about important things happening with the family.

And that is why I wasn't even present for the marriage, you know because I was busy getting treated.

The doctors there only let me record a small celebratory video as it was a significant occasion.

You guys had no idea how surprised I was when they told me the news, heck I even demanded to be shown a picture of the bride before I agreed.''

"So you always knew."

A tired Damon in conclusion asked,

"Well yeah, that is why when I heard the news about your various conquests I begged them to let me call you.

And after three days of a hunger strike, they finally agreed and allowed me to call you with the phone on speaker so that they could also listen and stop me before I said something that shouldn't be said.''

Damon closed his eyes at this point as he remembered the call he received from his younger brother.

That day, he was sitting in the bar late at night as usual and was pissed at something he can't even remember now,

When he heard his phone go off, he picked it up, bringing it to his ears, he heard the voice of his reckless younger brother who was now living and vacationing in Hawaii.

-''Hey bro it's me can I talk to you?"-

''Speak''

-''Hey.... so listen... I heard about your married life with Ivy but bro please just give her some time.... she....she has something important which she can't tell you right now, but bro please just..... just trust me and give her some space and time please bro....''-

Hearing his brother take Ivy's side and even talk in her favor hugely annoyed him, so he could only curse at him before smashing his phone and went back to drinking.
