4 Bye Hottie

Ivy woke up with Zeus snoring on her pillow. Sitting up she checked the time, it's noon. Which wasn't bad as she didn't start work again till five. Ivy grabbed her laptop and logged in. She then clicked on the small icon of a wolf in the corner of her screen. The laptop screen then went black and she started tapping at the keys. She finds the CCTV from the restaurant and selected the hottie from last night, going into image searches on her browser she searches for him. She finds him and flicked through all the headlines.

The list goes on and on, all very impressive and all praised him for his looks and wealth with no scandals. But Ivy needed to know more than that. Who would want to hurt him?

Maybe she was overthinking this and they were just plain robbers or a deal gone wrong. Ivy logged into the wolf icon again and typed in his name then BINGO... found ya!

What Ivy found amazed her, he is the underworld king, he took power five years ago, taking overall illegal and legal trade. No wonder someone wants to hurt him. She has to stay away from this man. Bye hottie.

Ivy removed her digital footprint and removed the images of her route home on the CCTV cameras. She mixed with the wrong person last night and she'll have to be careful from now on as well.

Ivy scratched Zeus behind his ears and he snorts, still sleeping. Ivy got up and went into the shower, she hung around the house cleaning and made herself some instant noodles. While sitting on the sofa to eat them Zeus potters over and stares at her.

"My noodles".

Bark.

"Ok fine".

Ivy got up and put out some food for Zeus and then got back on the sofa to enjoy her noodles. Well as much as you can enjoy them. Ivy can cook she just think it's useless if it is only for one person so she doesn't bother.

Ring Ring

"Hey Ivy".

"Hi Jamie, what's up?".

"Looking for a job? I need you tonight".

"Can't do it till midnight".

"That works, I'll tell the buyer, see you at Love and Death inc later".

"Later".

"Oh and Ivy try not to wear anything too you know".

"I dunno".

"I don't want you or me having to beat anyone up later".

"Can't promise".

Ivy hung up, taking what Jamie says as a challenge she went to her wardrobe. She picked out some clothes and stuffed them and her uniform into her handbag. She bent down and rubbed Zeus's head.

"Bye baby be good". Ivy locked up and walk to work.

Pierce isn't working so no free food. Ivy went through the night and got some nice tips, over six hundred. Ivy had got a private room to work all night and it was a company party so it was pretty easy. She then clocked out and went to change her outfit. Going to the bathroom Ivy let her long wavy hair down, she reapplied her lipstick and eyeliner and then got changed. She tossed her uniform in her locker and just took her handbag with her before heading out.

"Ivy did I say you could go, someone has just arrived and asked for you".

Ivy ignored her manager and kept walking out.

"Don't care I clocked out".

"Where are you going that's the front entrance, waiters leave through the back".

Ivy kept walking ahead and straight out the front doors. Her show of rebellion annoying the sleazy boss.

Ivy hailed a cab and went to Love and death inc. It's a night club that's always crowded so it makes her work easier.

Love and Death inc has a Cool chic décor in a city centre location. The cocktail bar offers a bespoke cocktail menu which already has many awards to its name. The nightclub upstairs offers a range of club nights with live music from Thursday to Sunday. It's a young mixed, fashionable, unpretentious crowd with a relaxed atmosphere and an emphasis on fun.

Ivy smiled at the bouncer and walked in. She then sat at the bar and order a Jack D and shot it before asking for another.

"Easy tiger".

"Hey Jamie, buyer here yet?".

"No, I'll meet him outside, so I'll go out and wait. What did I say about your outfit?".

"I'm pretty you can't conceal this. Look I'll not punch anyone while you are gone".

"Ok".

VIP room

In the VIP room overlooking the whole of Love and Death Inc Noah and Aiden are drinking while talking business. This was one of Noah's clubs so he was just here for business.

"I'm sorry boss, I couldn't find anything but her first name. From the restaurant she gets paid in cash and tips. I tried to trace her in the CCTV but it was erased".

"Erased?".

"Yes sir, maybe its a glitch. We are working on it".

"So you only found me her first name, what is it?".

"Ivy".

Noah finishes his drink and moves to the glass window that overlooks the whole floor of the bar. His eyes are drawn to beauty at the bar alone drinking whiskey like water. Her long dark hair cascading down her back. Tonight she is wearing a black leather skirt and a black lace top. He smiles seeing her long beautiful legs but then frowns as he noticed the men ogling her.

One man is pushed by his friends to approach her. Noah's clenched his firsts, his knuckles white from the force. She smiled at the stranger and said something he then walked away looking very angry and she downed another drink. Noah was proud his kitten had her claws out, she wasn't here to hook up. Looks like she's here to drink.

Aiden approached the window and stood next to Noah.

"Isn't that?".

"Ivy".

"Boss do you want to go down or should I send her up".

"Not yet".

Noah watched her greet two men, one guy with longish blonde hair she leans on slightly. Noah grips his glass tighter wondering if she has a boyfriend. The other man then leads them to a table. She sat beside the blonde guy and she orders them drinks. They chat and she slides something across the table to the other man then he smiled and left. Noah wondered what just happened it looked like a USB, but he wasn't sure.

"Boss, what do you want to do".

"Follow her home".

Noah said and smiled and drank his Whiskey in one go.
