2 Quick Response Forces On the Move

"Sir, the Artillery is now on standby sir, they are waiting for further information and the location of the bombardment position, sir." The Sergeant Major that was on the radio stood up and looked at the Brigadier General as he said those words.

"Send the current coordinates to bombard the enemy location give them support." After that, the other sergeant major stood up and said, "Sir, the QRF is now on location, but it seems they are in a crossfire with the enemy on the ground. Should I send in the coordinates to avoid a wrong bombardment location, Sir?"

"Do that Sergeant Major, And I want a constant status report on the ground QRF units and connect me with the QRF Platoon leader and I want Alpha 5 to get out of that location so we can know what really happened."

The Brigadier General said as he looked at the monitor and on the map that was on the table. "What is happening!? How did this happen? We verified the intelligence multiple times what happened what went wrong``

"Ughh I can't see… damn!" Revo turned to his left as his forehead was bleeding and his left eye is blinded. Because small shards of glass got blasted into his eyes. Revo tried to crawl from where he was but as the flames slowly rise and spread, it was hard for him to crawl towards the opening and soon bullets went flying again.

From his south was the enemy firing and Revo was not aware that north of him was the advancing Quick Response Forces. "Move! Move! On the left!

"Alright boys, there is an artillery barrage. Hold your. advance we are to continue fire on the north of us. But don't advance!" The platoon leader shouted as he looked at his men that were on the ground and firing their M4 carbines.

"What enemy are we facing here? In this kind of ambush? Call for home and verify because this is not just a localized militia, we are fighting 50+ terrorists on the ground!" the platoon leader shouted at the radioman. As the radioman is still firing on the enemy, that is also returning fire at them.

And the crossfire became so intense that there are also rocket launchers that were being fired at the QRF current position

"Alright, we are firing at the coordinates Delta 10 North 45 degrees Lt. 7.066791 Lg 213.327366!" The Artillery officer ordered as he raised his hand. After saying those words, the gunner shouted, "Adjusted!".

The Artillery officer looked at the gunner as he was still raising his hand and then suddenly the Artillery officer put it down simultaneously shouting "Fire!" and the Howitzer fired *BOOM* and after that, the crew replied, "Reload!"

Theirs reload time was 30 seconds, and it was best among the others. The Artillery barrage continued firing four times.

[Mission Location]

"Incoming!" one marine shouted as he covered his head. *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* the 4 consecutive bombardments made the other side of the battlefield looked like hell. The explosion made the trees and plants burned to a crisp and it was too hot to go straight into.

"HeLP! HELP!" Revo shouted as he raised his hand and try to wave it so there could be someone to see him that he needs some immediate help.

"Sir, there is someone over there that is waving his hand." One marine relied on the sighting to the squad leader. And the squad leader responded, "We will not move until the platoon leader is giving us a direct action.

"But Sir, that person is one of us I think?" and then the squad leader looked at the private and said, "You think? Are you in your right mind, private? This is no longer a simulation we are in a deadly encounter as of now! So stay focused."

Revo tried to wave his hand a bit more. And continued shouting, but because of the bombardment earlier, everything did not seem to be quiet and rather it became too noisy. The guns are still blazing as the terrorist side still continued to fire onto the location of the QRF units.

"Sir, I really hearing a help call inside that flames and there is a silhouette of a person right there, sir. I can get to him, Sir. Maybe that is the person we need to rescue" Private Bernard voiced out his opinion as he looked at his Squad leader. But the squad leader is still in doubt if he will let the Private go in inside the flames. "Negative Private, it will be problematic if you don't return here and As per my order is to stay put, and don't implicate complications"

[Radio: This is Home, to Bravo 1 QRF. Have you located the body of Alpha 5 over?"]

[Radio: WE CANNOT MOVE ON OUR LOCATION AS OF NOW WE ARE STILL IN HEAVY FIRE AS WE ARE ENGAGING ON ENEMY FORCES WE NEED FULL SUPPORT I REPEAT THIS IS NO LONGER A QRF WE NEED FULL SUPPORT]

"What is going on the ground" the Brigadier General was now angry as his men. Because they now desperately need support.

And then the Major General entered the operation room and looked at the Brigadier General.
