Char quickly made some distance between himself and Rey while Rey was just hovering with his knightmare frame in humanoid form.

Their advancement to outside Britannia's territory had seemingly stopped or now as Char circled around Rey.

But Rey did not want to prolong his stay here!

So, he quickly transformed back into fighter plane mode and made a rapid move forward at full speed.

He wanted to make it so that Char had no choice but to get close to him just to make his progress slower and that would make him have more chances in giving Char a solid hit when he suddenly attacks as he gets close!

When Char saw what Rey's actions is, he immediately knew what he plans to do, as he is the more qualified commander and strategist between the two of them, but he had no choice but to go along with what Rey had planned as he really cannot think of any solution against that.

So he just gritted his teeth as he thought that Rey had really played well against him this time.

But all is not for naught!

Char still thinks that he still have a chance!

The fighter planes reinforcements!

Those fighter planes should be equipped with range weaponry as that is their primary attacking method.

The fire power of a fighter plane should be enough to do damage against a knightmare frame.

After all, even the latest knightmare frame in development right now still does not have those energy shields shown in the code geass anime.

Fraye, on the other hand had seen what just happened and is continuing to see what is happening.

She is quite astounded at both Rey's and Char's piloting ability!

And she is also quite smart enough to see what Rey had planned to do as she is smart enough while also looking at the two's battle from an outsiders perspective.

The force load on both sides is quite equal on collision even though Rey's humanoid form is in the maximum configuration!

It is because of the force of inertia that Chad had manage to accumulate while moving high speed before transforming amidst movement before doing an attack!

Rey had not been able to use his own momentum as he is at the front of the two of them.

So he had to do a flip backwards to face Char so that he can do his quick attacks.

The flips would null the force of inertia that he had so that he can attack in a stable way but that also made it so that he can only rely on his machine's strength when he attacks.

The normal strength of his machine just perfectly equaled Char's accumulated momentum's force!

"Fuck! Damn it! This fucking Char is really!

You can even do this kind of bullshit?!" Rey cursed out loud in annoyance frustration as his sure win attacking strategy had suddenly become moot! "Fuck you Char! You can't go against my hundred percent using a fifty percent in a sustained and stable confrontation!"

Fraye heard Rey's curse and also saw what happened, although she was a bit decentralized and dizzy from all the forceful operations that Rey did, she still watching everything with concentration so she was quite astounded at the two's piloting ability.

'Damn! I still underestimated this two!' She thought inwardly while feeling a bit incredulous at how good this two guys are in comparison with all the other students of the piloting course in the academy.

The comparison is like a one floored house against high rise buildings!

The gap in heights is just too much!

Rey took advantage of his knightmare frame having the maximum configuration in the humanoid mode to defeat Char in this confrontation.

And that is a very good decision as the two knightmare frame cannot do quick displacements in humanoid form mid air!

The both of them can only hover in their current altitude continuously while in humanoid form.

Both know that this type of slow and unmoving combat is not good for one side and that side is Rey's!

So, he quickly transformed, which Char anticipated quickly enough so he transformed earlier, then the both of them had started the chase again!

The radio communication on Char's machine sounded suddenly, thankfully, he is not in the middle of a confrontation but in a chase so he was not distracted too much.

"The Reinforcement is about to be there!" The voice of the commander of the agents sounded out from the speaker.

Hearing the news had manage to make Char feel some relief!
