17 Chapter 16 An answer to all wishes
Rex, Airi, Lune, and Kishi finished packing, and was now sitting in a circle. Kira was with them too, sleeping in Kishi's lap, sucking her thumb.
"A lot has happened; I can't believe we've only been here for a month" Rex proclaimed
They were all discussing how things went and how much they expect not the days that had gone by.
Talking about much, Lune sat quietly, book in his hand, but instead of reading, his eyes were at the twins. He felt jealousy for how close they were, he wanted it too, nonetheless, he knew it's near impossible.
Lune was so focused and Rex noticed this. He looked at what Lune was so absorbed about and quickly understood. He then took the initiative to speak,
"The two of you finally made up? That's great" Lune and Kishi looked at him
"Made up?" Kishi asked
"Yes...I mean you've been fighting a lot lately"
"No"
"No?" Rex was confused
"We don't fight, never" Kishi answered
"Then what do you call it?" Rex tilted his head in disbelief
"That's..." Kishi looked at Kira "Just...a normal tantrum"
"Oh yeah?" Rex asked again
Suddenly Sychi appeared. Kira groaned a little. Everyone turned their heads to face her. She only smiled
"what brings you here?" Airi asked her politely
"You lot will be leaving tomorrow. Have you decided your wishes?" She flew down towards Kira and began patting her head.
"I wish to have a slumber party" Rex answered quickly and got to his feet
"That's so simple! Can you think of something else?!" Airi complained by Rex's answer
"Better than yours!!"
"Mines better!! I wish for the truth"
Sychi giggled and turned her gaze to Kishi
"I want Kira to go home" Kishi looked at Kira who's sleeping comfortably in his lap, still sucking her
thumb. On the other hand, Lune still refused to tell his wish.
"I think I have a solution to that" Sychi spoke. Airi and Rex stooped wrestling each other to hear her words
Sychi giggled again and continued "If you wish to have a sleep over, to know the truth, and have her returned. You may go and stay on a place where all five of you could have a sleep over on you shall find the truth"
There was silence for a moment. They could not understand how all their wishes could be fulfilled just by going on a sleep over where all of them could join. All of them stared at her with confused faces, when she opened her mouth again.
"I'll take my leave" She disappeared. She didn't say what they want to hear. So, the silence remained.
They all turned their heads to Kishi, and he just gave them the "what" look
"You're coming, right?" Rex broke the silence
"What!? Get real!"
He was disappointed by Kishi's answer and turned his look back at Airi who's lying beneath him.
"Don't worry I got a plan" Airi told him what he wants, and Kishi gazed at them coldly
There is only one place where all the five of them could have a slumber party together. Even if Kishi refused to come, he would be there anyway. They knew all their wishes could be fulfilled, which means the possibility of Kira being there is as high as Kishi's. In conclusion the answer is clearly that place.
Kira opened her eyes, she found herself on Kishi and Airi's room, but none of those two nor Lune or Rex were there. She rubbed her eyes and saw Mika was standing right beside of her.
"Wake up sleepy head" she said
"Huh? What!?"
"You've overslept! Come on, their leaving!" Mika grabbed her forearm and started running.
The main gate was filled with girls. The dean and her two daughters were standing at front of the crowd. The four boys were also at front and was about to take their leave.
Mika and Kira were still running at full speed. Kira just woke up and her hair was so messy and are allover her face. When they reached the crowd, they tried hard to get at front. Mika was still holding Kira, as they pushed their way through the girls. Kira was just little so it's easy for her to get through.
The time they reached the front, Mika accidentally lost her grip and let go Kira's hand. The two of them were running so fast earlier that the momentum is so great that she lost her balance and fell on her face.
When she raised her head, a shadow covered the bright sun. Kishi held her hand, and pulled her up a little. Kira begun to blush. Kishi wiped her bangs out of her faced and gently kissed her forehead. He smiled warmly at her,
"See you later, dear sister"
She froze for a moment. The girls who saw was darting her with malicious looks, yet she didn't care. Mika walked towards her, patted her head, and said
"let's go"
The crowed quickly dispersed and went back inside. Mika and Kira were walking back quietly when suddenly, someone approached them
"The dean asked for your presence"
The two of them were confused. Then Mika asked her "Did we do something wrong?"
"I don't know, but I'm only asked to bring Kira"
The two of them looked at each other. They don't know why the dean would ask Kira to come. Mika suddenly thought that maybe she had done something wrong. Her mind stated going nuts but she was brought back to her senses when Kira clutched her sleeve.
It'll be fine, Mika read by her face. She was unusually confident, perhaps maybe she knew why. She left and followed the girl, while Mika watched her fade out of sight anxiously.
She walked into the Fantasia High's main building; it was big but not very big. Then walked through halls, and finally stopped in front of a pair of large Oak doors.
The girl that brought her there left. She hesitated to knock, she felt as if her heart fell down to her stomach, and she was extremely nervous to continue. However, she quickly overcame her hesitation by the magical presence that she felt behind the door.
She took a deep breath and knocked twice. She held the knob and pushed the door. It was a bit heavy that she only opened it enough for her to fit in.
Just as she thought earlier, the presence she felt belonged to Sychi. She was floating around the room, but when Kira came in, she flew around in circles then landed on Kira's shoulder, giving her a little kiss on the cheeks.
"Sychi, what are you doing here?" She asked
The dean coughed to get their attention "you got message"
