8 Chapter 8: Spiders
While Angela and Alex's robots were ,,building'' their temporary camp , Alex was sitting on something that resemble the energy that flow inside him .
Alex : Jade ! Can you hear me ?
[Yes ]
Alex : Where am I ?
[In your personal training space ]
Alex : What ? Explain this space , please .
[New Skill Acquired : Training Space
Training Space - Time is flowing slower in this space . One hour in the normal world = ten hours in your space ,but here the energy is reduced by fifty percent ]
Alex : So I can train in my space , but I need to meditate outside if I want some results . Then I will train for one hour in my space everyday from now on ( ten hours ) and after I am done with this training I will absorb the energy around me for four and half hours .
[Wow ! I am impressed . So you can think about something useful sometimes ]
Alex : Jade, could you help me with something ?
[First you will train in your sword arts , then you train in your absorption method . Five hours for both of them ]
Alex : Thank you .
In the next ten hours (inside Alex's space) , Alex has trained his arts to thirty five percent and his absorption method had gain some improvements .
Meanwhile Light and Black were the guards . Angela and White were sleeping near Alex .
Black :Light, our master can be considered a lucky human .
Light : You don't need to fear that your White will leave you for our master.
When he heard what his colleague had said , Black's face start gaining some color (well , this will be Black's first emotion ) .
Black : F*ck you ! I believe in White .
Light : Haha ! You are a good man brother .
Black : Brother ?
Light : We just fought against spider like monsters so we can be considered brothers - in - arms or do you dislike the idea of gaining a brother ?
Black : No . I would like to become your brother .
Light: Good .
Black : Brot...
When Black opened his mouth to say brother , he was interrupted by some strange noises .
Light : Not good . Prepare for battle .
Black : White ! Angela !
Hearing their names , both girls where shocked when they woke up . The first thing that both girls heard was the strange noise of something walking towards their current location .
Light : We have some company .
Angela : More spiders ?
Light : I think so . I can't see that far in the dark , but you should see a little better .
Angela : Let me try .
When Angela saw what was coming to them , she start sweating . What she had seen was a group of hundreds of spiders like monsters coming towards their location .
Angela : Spiders ! Hundreds of them !
Light : Shit ! We need to get out right now . White pick up our master . Brother ! You will help me with their protection .
Black : Yes , sir !
Angela : Light ! I'll help you too .
Axel : Good . White ! Save our master .
White : I will do my best .
<Alex's space >
[Host, your body is currently moving ]
Alex : What ? How ?
[I think something happened outside]
Alex : Exit
When he said ,,Exit'' , Alex was thrown out of his space . The first that he noticed after he woke up was that he was currently in White's hands and she was running from something .
Alex : White !
White was startled by the sudden voice , but after a moment she found that her master was staring at her , so she had to stop and explain what happened to him .
Alex : Let's return .
White : But...
Alex : No buts . I don't want to see any of you dead . DO YOU HEAR ME ?
White : Yes , master !
After this short stop , Alex and White had to return to their initial camp , but when they arrived there , the only thing that they have seen was Black injured , but still fighting these spiders , then Axel's
and Angela's bodies were bloody from their own blood and the spiders blood , but if you look carefully , you can see that they had one or two minutes before they run out of energy .
Seeing this Alex was enraged .
[Host will enter The Berserker mode
The berserker : When your family or friends are close to death by some external influences , you will enter in a state that will give you power at the cost of your sanity ,for the next hour you will slaughter enemies like a demon.
Effect : 300% your current power and energy for one hour
After use Effect : You will faint for a day ]
This was the first time in his entire life when he felt so powerless , but this thought had stayed only for a second , because in the next one , he had just entered The Berserker mode .
Without sanity ,Alex was like a killing machine . The first spider that was brave enough to attack Alex was chopped in pieces by Alex then had followed the next one and the next spider after spider .
Light, Angela ,White even Black was shocked by Alex behavior . They didn't believe that this was their master ( partner) that they were used to .
Alex : Die ! Die ! Die ! Die ! HAHAHA
Hearing what Alex was saying , he looked like a demon . His eyes were red , just like blood and his skin was turning dark and his wounds were healing at a visible speed for the human eye, but only for a short period of time.
In just one hour Alex had killed more than six hundred spiders . When he didn't found any enemies , Alex had finally dropped his weapon and then fainted on spot .
His current appearance was like this : Body full of wounds and a big hole in his right hand .
White was the first one to notice that her master was in a very dire situation , because of his wounds . He needed treatment right now and she was the only one that know a thing or two about wounds .
Angela's face start losing color when she had seen Alex's body. She was wondering why would Alex do something like this , but then she realizes that Alex had done this thing for their safety , but the price was his own life .
